Excellent plus there was extra time so they cleaned the blinds throughout the house plus cleaned the inside of windows.

For a variety of reasons, we got a bit behind on housecleaning and need to get caught up. So when a friend recommended Mother Earth Cleaners, we jumped at their $199 nine-hour cleaning special. Wow! In just a few hours, a four-person team transformed our house from a bit grungy into a sparkling manor. The microwave gleams. The windows were so clean, it looked like the glass was missing. Floors, cabinets, and even the trashcan, shine. They cleaned out the dish rack! Towels in the bathroom were decoratively arranged. They even folded the toilet paper ends into points. I feel like I'm living in a four-star hotel. We couldn't be happier with their service, speed, or the results. We'll definitely have them back.

Wow, I keep coming back to Mother Earth Maids. I have used other cleaners when deals are offered who claim they have deep cleaning. Not even close to what Mother Earth does. Prompt, professional and above all thorough.

The crew showed up on-time and got after it immediately. They were very thorough and listened to specific instructions of detail. Did an outstanding job and will most certainly hire them again!

I admit, I am an "accidental hoarder", and I was completely overwhelmed. I needed my house emptied of all the junk, and then cleaned. I figured it would take several times, but I was assured that it could all be done in one day. The team arrived at 9:00 a.m. last Friday, and by the end of the afternoon, my house was completely emptied of junk, thoroughly cleaned, totally organized, AND they repaired some hanging doors, as well as my dryer hose, all of the quoted price! Closets were cleaned out and organized, blinds were cleaned. Windows were washed. The team members were all so nice, and I will never forget how much they have helped me!

The 3 ladies did a really great job. The only issue was in being able to communicate clearly what I wanted because only the team lead spoke some English. Despite that, they worked hard and those rooms were all I expected and more.

They are very thorough in their work. Worked none stop for 4 hours. They did everything I asked. This is the third time I used them. Thanks.

I had booked them via groupon to do the work during Nov 2016 at Belagio apartments at Bell Rd and 56th Street Scottsdale AZ. There price was around $189 for 9 hours of deep cleaning move out services. Miranda and two other workers showed up almost after 1.5 hours. He simply refused to do the work and said that I can work with groupon to get my money back. It took a lot of time and efforts for me to get my money back from group. Worst - i need to immediately hire somebody for the next day as i was leaving that apartment. Will never hire them. Somehow i forgotten this entire incident and willing to book them again...talked to their office - came to know that they only serve 101 loop(what???) and will charge $10 for the visiting fees? It seems these folks are out of their mind and thinking that they can do whatever they want...meanwhile my spouse heard the conversation and reminded me of our past experience. I simply decided not to go with them. I can upload my groupon receipt - if somebody wants to see that.

They refused to work at my apartment during Nov 2016.

I've hired this company a few times. Overall, great company but the service is inconsistent. Sometimes a fabulous job, othertimes sub-standard. That's my only complaint

The crew was prompt and courteous and did a thorough job cleaning.

The whole house was not completed as the crew had another appointment right at the 2 hour mark.

They did an excellent job cleaning the entire house top to bottom, fans to floors. They were professional did an excellent job and I would hire them again. Thanks.

at 8 hours there was some work still needed to complete a thorough cleaning of the space and i agreed to pay for another hour (x 3 people). I did feel it was justifiable given the work they had already done.

job had to redone poor quality there was food on cupboards and bugs still on the floor...just not good. this is a franchisr FYI

There were 3 people, only one of which spoke English. Communication was satisfactory. They went about their work in an efficient and professional manner. House looked really nice when they left.

The kitchen and bath were well done. The dusting was only half done. They dusted the front of shelves but not the sides. There are dirty spots from dirty water from the bathroom to the living room and a dirty footprint. I wanted a thorough clean but felt like very few things ha d been taken care of. I was very disappointed and fell that I didn't get my money's worth. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone else.

Three very nice ladies arrived on time and made my house sparkle.

What they cleaned was fine however for some reason they could not complete the cleaning in 10 hours of 4 rooms and a kitchen. And needed 30 minutes more at a price of $55. They did this extra cleaning without my permission or knowledge. I refused to pay for it.

Everything went well... Only complaint would be not a deep clean in my floors

It went very well. The cleaners were punctual, professional, and did a good job. The only complaint I have is that the team leader did not have a very good command of the English language, thereby leaving a chance for misunderstanding. That is the reason for the "C" rating on professionalism.

The house cleaners were prompt and arrived on time. I received a text message when they were en route to my house. All the house cleaners were polite and courteous. They did a very thorough job cleaning, however they didn't place items back on shelves in the correct order/place and they didn't clean vents, windows or blinds.

The cleaning team worked quickly and professionally--and my house was cleaned to perfection.
