Description of Work: They showed up on time and went straight to work. They did an excellent job cleaning the kitchen, both bathrooms. Living room and bedroom. I did get an extra hour to get the details done. I also scheduled another service for this month. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Mothers Earth Maids provided us with the cleanest house ever and did not miss a spot. We appreciate their attentiveness to details and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Description of Work: There was confusion on the address to be cleaned and lost an hours service that I was charged extra for because they could not complete the project in the time left. |They also substituted another team to complete the job so some of the instructions weren't done. However, with that said they did a marvelous job and I was quite pleased with how the house looked. |I tried to contact them about another project and haven't heard back from them. My email wasn't answered.

Description of Work: They cleaned two bathrooms, my kitchen, and one bedroom three women for 2-1/2 hours. They did a great job in both bathrooms and bedroom. My shower is white again. My bedroom windows were clearer than I dreamed they could be. Kitchen wasn't totally cleaned, but I stopped them to make sure they did all floors...and that was throughout the house. It hadn't been cleaned for awhile, so I forgive what was missed. Also they honored the amount of money I wanted to hspend. I would use again knowing I'll get what I pay for and will probably do windows after monsoons. Worth the price. Problem with credit card payment on cell phone, but that was taken care of in a timely manner. Having had other cleaners before, they are a winner. You just need to know what you want done and budget accordingly re time and money.

Description of Work: Mother Earth was a great experience for us. A crew of 4 people came to our home, and did a very good job. We paid an extra $65 for one additional hour, since they didn't get everything completed--it was worth it. The crew were professional and everything looked great. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Poor attention to detail. I did not like having four people descend on me the third time I had scheduled them. This is too many people and consequently impossible to know which person is doing what. Also, I do not speak Spanish and it was virtually impossible to communicate. They were pleasant but this service did not work for me

Description of Work: I was unable to be here all the time they were cleaning. They absolutly took over and cleaned everything and more than I expected. They did a great job. I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: They did an intense Spring Cleaning of my kitchen, living and dining room, bedroom and two bathrooms. The introductory special included baseboards, windows, vacuuming, tile floor cleaning, dusting, chandelier and ceiling fan blade cleaning and more. |When they were done, I was asked to look at each room with the supervisor to check on the work done and confirm (or not) my satisfaction and discuss any issues I might have.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for $125 for a Summer Housecleaning Crew for a Day (valued at $250). I’ve had other services similar to this. I didn’t feel like I got a good deal. I wouldn’t have paid more than $150 if I was a private citizen not purchasing/using the Big Deal.
