Description of Work: Spilled dirty water on carpet and did not disclose to us nor did they make any attempt to clean it up. Move-in/move-out service unsatisfactory cleaning in drawers and on ceiling light fixture. Charged $75 for staying 45 min. longer than scheduled. | |Note: Additional cleaning time was absolutely unnecessary as home was freshly painted inside and was emoty if furniture. This company is a rip-off.

We apologize the client was not completely satisfied with our service however the home serviced was much larger then our recommend 2,000 sq ft for a 9 man hour special..Since no additional time was to be purchased the team was forced to cut corners to finish the whole home of 3500 sq ft; a surface clean was all we could accomplish it that amount of time. For a 3500 sq ft home we do recommend a 12-15 man hour time allotment in order to do a quality deep clean.

Description of Work: Did not schedule enough time to do the job on the first day even though they were told ahead of time the square footage of house and jobs to be completed. Did not complete all jobs, for instance cleaned some but not all windows inside. Some window sills were not cleaned. The wood floors were washed but still looked dirty. Left after 3 hours and made appointment to come back and complete job, but again did not schedule enough time to complete job on second visit. Very dissatisfied

We show a move in/ out cleaning was purchased on August 22nd and we sent a reply message via Angie's that same day to get the cleaning scheduled. We never heard back from the client with requested dates or information needed to provide service. Please reach out to Angie's if you did not receive our reply message as we do show it was sent on our side, they should also be able to help you with a refund.
