group arrived, asked what I needed to have done and got immediately to work. when the work was done it was reviewed with me on a room by room basis

.2 person crew hit all the areas requested. They arrived early and stayed longer as they did not have a 3rd crew member.

The company sent two women and one man, and I was extremely pleased with all of the work. The company had an on-line 50 percent off coupon, which I used, so the service was extremely affordable.

It was a good experience all the way around. They did a thorough job of cleaning and came on time and finished on time. They were very accomodating when I asked them to use certain products. We take our shoes off at the door and they were respectful about that.

Appointment made by email with provider whose base is in California. A team of 3 persons arrived on time on 6/17 and worked the 2 and 1/2 hours as promised. Team leader walked through with me and I reviewed list of priorities with her (bathrooms, floors, cabinets, dusting). Very nice people and they worked steadily. The overall work product was good but not exceptional. Some areas of the floor under furniture which were easily accessible were not vacuumed. A majority of the furniture was dusted but the pieces dusted were not completely done (like the legs on the tables were still dusty at the bottoms). Also small things were not done as my past cleaners would automatically do - like straighten the bedspreads, etc. These things are minor and not serious enough to complain to the service Again, I liked the workers and felt comfortable with them in the house. The overall effect of their efforts was good and I think they would eventually get everything done if I had them on a regular basis. I probably wouldn't call this group back at their regular price, however, and have since found a cleaning lady who charges a much lower hourly rate and does comparable work.

A very professional group arrived; went right to work and did a wonderful job. They were very personable and I loved the extra touches! All Kleenex boxes had "flowers" arranged with the tissues.

It went well, after I had to change the service date three times because of work conflicts. They were very accommodating with my changes and worked with me. They cleaned and addressed all the area's we wanted cleaned. Very professional, very considerate of the house and belongings. He did a walk around before and after the service and pointed out their work and what he saw/did. I was very pleased and impressed.

Excellent Service! I purchase an Angie's List promotional deal. Mother Earth called to schedule my home cleaning, I then had to reschedule which they accomodated with ease. On the day of cleaning their team of Professionals showed up on time and went over and above on the cleaning. I have already set them up for repeat service. Thank you Mother Earth!
