Company never returned any messages, so the service was not able to be provided in a timely fashion and I was unable to use the service that I had purchased.

The 3-team group arrived and I walked the manager through to give my hit points first. They got right to work and thoroughly scrubbed my bathrooms top to bottom. I have glass shower doors which sparkled afterward. All the wood furniture was cleaned and dusted. The baseboards and ceiling fans were dusted. Floors mopped then washed and steamed. My house was very clean after they finished.

They're good. They didn't wipe down?my kitchen appliances?so they?did not?charge an extra hour for $45. They called and?were 20 minutes late,?but they did call us. I would use them again.

Durning the short time they were here they did a great job in cleaning bathrooms, kitchen and appliances. Vacuumed all carpeting and cleaned all cabnits

They were very nice and on time; however, I was disappointed with the quality of service. There were 4 people working for about 1 1/2 hours. Their work was very fast as if they were most concerned about getting through and onto the next job. There was much lack of attention to detail and conscientiousness. For example, when they were finished, the bedroom mirrors were streaked. When I pointed it out, the person in charge tried to convince me that my mirrors have permanent streaks. I had to explain that they have never been streaked before. He finally believed me and asked the maids to clean the mirrors again. When they did, there were no streaks. There is now a permanent large dark mark on the rim of my bathtub that was not there before they cleaned. I don't know what they used on the spot but it is now a permanent very noticeable dark area. They also accidentally threw out a piece of broken ceramic that I was planning to glue on the broken spot but now I won't be able to fix it. The inattention to what they were doing manifested in baskets being left upsidedown and tables being left turned around backwards. A brass trunk was backwards and it was easy to see the front because of the large latches on the front. I was most disappointed that the floors weren't cleaned well. Perhaps their inattention to what they were doing was because they worked together as a team and were having a fun time laughing and talking while they were working. I think it's great to enjoy your work...if it doesn't cause a problem with your attention to the task. I definitely would not hire them again.

They were running late, but called and kept us updated. They did a great job cleaning including the porches and ceiling fans but they did break a couple of things including a vanity bulb. There are other service providers that I prefer, so unlikely that I would use them again, but I wouldn't rule them out, as they are very hard-working.

I was pleased with their work, they did a very good job all around.

They are excellent. They are very cooperative when I ask them to do something. They are affordable and work fast but efficiently. They notify me by email when they are coming to do a cleaning.

The amount of time spent was not what I had anticipated and as such all of the items I requested to be cleaned were not completed (e.g,. cleaning oven, cleaning inside of nearly empty refrigerator etc.). Of those that were, the work was very good and the team was very professional, punctual, detailed. Would work with them again.

They did not clean all of the areas that were listed in the deal that I purchased. When I emailed the owner she said that they ran out of time because my wife asked them to clean the refrigerator. She offered to send someone back out but we were frustrated with the situation and declined the offer. My wife offered to pay extra for the refrigerator, but thry said that would not be necessary. The supervisor kept asking my wife what she wanted them to clean. All we wanted was for them to clean what the online deal said they would clean. One thing that was on the list that wasn't even touched were our cabinets.

It went just fine. They did all the floors, they cleaned kitchen, 2 bathrms, and ceiling fans.

They did well. They use natural products, and generally nothing with fragrance. They did a very good job at cleaning and worked hard. I let them know that I was allergic to fragrances before they came, and almost everything was fragrance free. One product they used had natural fragrance in it, and I was allergic to it. It did cause me a problem. They stopped using it immediately when told, and were very sorry for the problem. I will have to make sure in the future that they use no such products in my house. That was the only problem.

Bought a "big deal" for 3 people for 2 1/2 hrs. Easy to make appt and they showed up on time and spent the time cleaning and did a very good job.

Team leader came to the door and introduced herself, did a walk through, found out what our main goals were and made sure those got done. Wiped down all surfaces and objects. Were very agreeable when I pointed out a missed spot. Used green products and the place looks great with no chemical smells. Floors were our first priority and they are spotless and tile is clean to the touch. They even dusted/wiped the ceiling fan blades. Then they conducted a final walk through to review what was done which was a very nice touch. The final touch was the triangle folds found on paper towel and toilet paper rolls and fanned/fluffed tissues in the boxes (!) sweet ending. We are enjoying our beautiful home better because they did such a wonderful job!

Thoroughly cleaned my empty home. They wiped down all cabinets and shelves. Wiped down all ceiling fans. Cleaned all the wooden blinds. They were punctual and courteous.

Went pretty well but it seemed that they could have done more. The house was completely empty but the cleaning seemed to go slow. The leader was called away at one point and left only one person to finish up. I might call them again but it seemed a little too slick and not enough overall cleaning. The stuff they did clean was done very well.

It turned out pretty good. I had to have them go back and do a few things which wasn't a big deal. When they would dust pictures and stuff they would leave them crooked on the wall and I think they did that because they wanted you to notice that they actually touched it, and I get that, but I had to go around my house and I told them, "I should not have to go through my house and straighten all the pictures because to me that means that you're not being gentle with my pictures that are expensive." So I got a little annoyed with that but anything I asked them to do they did it with no problem if it wasn't to my standards. They're very good about that. They came out within a day or 2 of us purchasing the deal because we were in actual need of the service. We were having some guests over for a diner party and so what a great time to have your fans dusted and your pictures and your floors washed and things like that. There were no extra charged but we gave them a little tip because we know the girls worked really hard and we had the girls wash the inside and outside of some widows to one side of the house. One fan that we had has got blades on 2 sides and when they dust that they kind of left it in an unleveled position.

We asked them to clean all our windows inside and out which they did. They cleaned both our bathrooms and kitchen areas. These were the only areas we asked to be cleaned. The cleaning crew leader was very professional and informative and kept us posted on progress. The crew was also courteous and polite and went about their business. The market owner even checked in with me to determine how I felt about the job. They did a very good job of cleaning what we asked and did it all in the time allowed as agreed in the coupon.

The coordinator kept in good communication with me and when they arrived worked very well. They even did a few things I did not expect, like clean the bathtub drain that was clogged.

Excellent communication in scheduling the cleaning visit. Very thorough and careful cleaning. The cleaning crew was extremely pleasant and courteous. They took on a few little "extras" like replacing a light bulb and sweeping the outdoor patio. Towards the end of the cleaning an area manager came to inspect. They were outstanding. I've hired them for regular cleaning.

Cleaning crew arrived EARLY! Had a bit of communication issues getting them scheduled (never got the confirmation email, last I had heard they were either arriving at 8:30 am or 11:30AM, they arrived at 8:20), but it ended up not being a big deal. They got right to work and scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed. Our bathrooms were sparkling, tile floors pristine, and they even pulled the oven out to clean underneath! Saved me a LOT of time and energy. I've already hired them again to clean our old house before putting it on the market.

I called twice to schedule the appointment. And they called me back the first time two days later, the second time I left a message, and they never returned my call.

They cleaned out my panty as well, which is something I did not expect.? They were right on-time, thorough and accommodating.? The communication from them was very good.

Shortly after purchasing the deal, we got an email from the company asking for details of what we wanted cleaned and what days and times worked best for us. We replied immediately but didn't hear back from them. After one week, we called the number they have listed which is in California and were told they were having problems with their email but to send again. We did and this time they got back to us within a day. When time came for service, they showed up at 1:45 for a 2:30 appointment.. Better than being late but a little inconveniently early. After introducing himself, the leader of the group looked at his phone to look up what we had said in the earlier email about what areas of the house needed special attention. He couldn't find it and said it was best if I just told him. Maybe best for him, but not for me. It's easier for me to think of things ahead of time and write them down, and since I went through the trouble of doing so, I would have appreciated it if he had used my earlier statement. The deal states that three people will come to your house. In our case it was more like 5. They did a very good job overall, but I have to wonder if I signed up for more of their service whether or not the regular three they send can do as good of a job. Our bathrooms were cleaner than they have been in years! Wonderful! Also, all the ceiling fans were spotless. Very well cleaned and they were in major need of cleaning. Stainless steel microwave and dishwasher were exceptionally clean, and we really didn't think they ever would be again as they were just that dirty. We asked for a detail of the inside of the refrigerator and they didn't let us down there. Spotless. Very nice! However, the stainless steel front of the refrigerator ended up with a few small scratches, presumably from the cleaning. Nothing big, but slightly bothersome nonetheless. One of the areas we asked for them to focus extra on were the floors. We have poured concrete, stained floors. We asked for extra cleaning of them. On the surface, they looked good at the end of the day. However, there was still a fine layer of dirt/grime on them. It seems that maybe what they did was an exceptionally good job at vacuuming and getting the first layer off, but I'm not sure they actually mopped or washed with any wet method. This is the first time we've EVER had a house professionally cleaned and overall we were extremely pleased with what a difference it made to our living areas. Upon leaving, we were told they would send a follow up email soon. We've not received that yet.
