My mother liked them. They were on time. They came in and did what they were supposed to do. My mother only paid for the cost that she purchased the big deal for.

Perfect. They were prompt, courteous, communicated well and gave me the best price I have ever seen for such thorough, quality work. I highly recommend this service. Five stars out of five!

It was fine. They were very conscientious about calling me and letting me know they were going to be a few minutes late. They gave me a little bit extra time because they didn't send as many people as they were supposed to. There were little areas that I saw that they missed dusting but overall, they did a very good job. I would use them again if I had a coupon. I asked them their regular prices and I wouldn't use them based on their regular prices.

I am very happy with MEMaids. They are detail oriented, efficient, professional but friendly. Usually there are at least three cleaners. I find them to be self starters, and really do a nice job.

They did a fantastic job, makes us want to use them in our new home. We purchased the Angie's Deal, $200, however, we ended up paying more because they had to stay longer to complete the cleaning. We didn't completely understand why it took longer than anticipated however, the money was well spent.

The crew consisted of three individuals which were originally contracted for 7.5 man-hours through AAA "Member Deals". They were detained slightly from a previous engagement but notified us by phone of their revised arrival time. Ultimately the job required an additional hour. We were very pleased with the work especially given the number of windows and blinds in our residence together with the six ceiling fans in rooms with ceilings exceeding 10 and 12 feet. They were professional in their approach, friendly, considerate with a good deal of attention to detail. We were very pleased with their work and will have them back again and can highly recommend Mother Earth Maids to others.

When I scheduled the appointment the employee I spoke with was very professional and respectful. I had purchased the service for my Mother-in-Law's home and did not have a complete list of what needed to be done. I asked if I could e-mail it later and she agreed. I also printed this list and left it with my MIL as I was not present when the cleaners arrived. On the day of the cleaning I was called at the appointment time to make sure of the address. The house is not very big so I was surprised that five people arrived, but they worked quickly and efficiently and my MIL was not imposed on for very long while they completed my list. I was out of town when the work was completed so my husband went over to inspect after the work was completed. His only complaint to me was that they did not clean the wall behind the stove where food had splattered from cooking. In all honestly, this was not on my list, so I feel somewhat responsible for the oversight, but you would think professional cleaners would have noticed this since I did include the cleaning of baseboards. All in all, the employees were courteous, punctual, professional and fairly priced. I would definitely use them again for my mother-in-law's home or even one of my rental properties.

Did excellent job, but I had bought 2 coupons to cover the cost of cleaning my entire house as my sqft is double the amount on the coupon. I did not see anything on coupon that said I could only use one coupon per address, but when called to schedule I was informed could only use one coupon per address. So, have second coupon that I either give away or lose the value on the coupon....so admit not happy about that situation.

Showed up an hour late (with adequate notice) because of an earlier client. Had all their supplies. Did a walk-through to see what was wanted, and what our priorities were. Had us check on the progress from time to time. The house is incredibly clean and fresh-smelling. I've used 2 other maid services, and was highly unsatisfied both times. I'd use Mother Earth Maids again. In fact I got a business card for the future.

They came and cleaned our house for us, and did a very thorough job. They had some scheduling issues and called me to let me know they would be about an hour behind schedule. The owner was very apologetic, and willing to reschedule if we needed. Fortunately, we were able to proceed and they arrived one hour later just as promised. Diligent. Friendly. Professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

The crew worked hard to do a though cleaning of the house.? House was very fresh when they finished.

They were 1 1/2 hours early so we were not ready for them.? They took 2 1/2 hours with 4 people to deep clean the back half of my house then they wanted me to pay more to do the rest (it made me feel like it was a scam to get more money).? I would not do that so they at least superficially cleaned the living room and kitchen.? The deep cleaning they did was very thorough.

They were great. There were no additional charges. It was great service.

They vacuumed the sofas and chairs, as well as under the cushions. They vacuumed under the furniture (a lot of dog hair). They deep cleaned the master bathroom including washing the cabinets. They cleaned the kitchen. They cleaned the baseboards in the livingroom and master bedroom. They washed the tile floors and vacuumed the carpeting. They dusted the living room and second bedroom. They cleaned the ceiling fans. They worked very hard and I would definitely hire them again.

A group of four spent 1 3/4 hours cleaning a house that had been empty for a few months. They left it sparkling! They cleaned the baths, kitchen (floors, cupboard fronts, appliances, windows, floors) vacuumed all rooms, dusted furniture, fans, baseboards and wooden blinds, and cleaned all the patio windows, inside and out. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

They were absolutely THE BEST!!! They were a crew, and the lead was impeccable! She did a preliminary walk-thru, and then a walk-thru after the work was done. If there was anything not done to satisfaction, (truly minor), the lead picked it up before I did. I'm old fashion and truly like ridiculously thorough cleaning, this is the first time I was able to be pleased for the day of the clean, and 2 mornings after!? I love this service, and so very highly recommend this company! It is wonderful to finely find a service that is more interested in pleasing the customer, than the cost! As a result, my husband and I didn't even question the costs ourselves. My home is, and thanks to Mother Earth Maids, remains a showplace.? WONDERFUL!!!

Mother Earth Maids made my home sparkle, and with much appreciated natural products. They tackled the really tough jobs I asked of them: my baseboards and doors; a badly stained tub and shower area; my blinds and oily appliances. It was not until I woke up the day after they cleaned that I truly saw how wonderful my countertops, sliding windows, and blinds looked as well. I felt spoiled! They were prompt and thorough and gracious. I completely recommend them.

They were very professional.? I would have liked to have them another hour but my budget wouldn't stretch!

Mariana and her crew arrived on time and ready to work. We did our walk through - and off they went!! Everything looked great when we did our final walk through and I will be having them come once a month to help me keep up.

They are wonderful. We used the Big Deal and then we called them again later on and had them do another home for us because they are such a great service. They were late but they did call me first. It wasn't terrible because they gave me a warning but if somebody else were to need them to be there at a specific time they might have a hard time with them but then I don't know.

Very good job, really took time to get it right. Inspected own work carefully before going, making sure all was covered.

It went good. They took time to go over my entire house and did so both thoroughly and professionally. I was very happy with the service they provided and would be willing to use this company again!

WOW! Where do I start? The arrived on time, introduced themselves, toured the house and went to work. I bought an Angie's List deal and added time to it in advance. They brought a 4 person team who worked steadily and hard, but laughed and enjoyed themselves while they cleaned. They were extremely polite and respectful. They cleaned the ceiling fans, light fixtures, high pot shelves, inside the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, shelves in the laundry room, baseboards, bathrooms, changed linens, mopped 2300 sq ft. saltillo, dusted and polished furniture, & cleaned kitchen. I think what impressed me the most was they didn't just clean around things like other house-cleaners I've used did. They actually moved things, picked up and put stuff away, and just did a fabulous job. They are coming back in two weeks for a follow-up cleaning.

Overall they did a good job. They were prompt, professional and courteous. Was very pleased and will hire them again.
