They were on time and through. there were three of them and they all did good work. The one who did the master bath and the master bedroom was not quite as through but overall, I was very pleased withthe service.

We purchased a move out cleaning special on Angies List for Mother Earth Maids. They were very punctual and brought three ladies to do the work. They were at the house for four hours and did an extremely impressive job of cleaning. I am extremely pleased with the cleaning job they did. Top Notch!

Even though the cleaning was good and they actually showed up early, we noticed a number of issues in the weeks that followed their cleaning. 1. One of the burners on the electric stove stopped working. After considerable fiddling and experimentation, we discovered that the cleaner had unplugged the electrical connection to the burner. After plugging it back in, we found it worked. 2. One of the cleaners broke the lid on the food processor making it completely nonfunctional. Since we don't use it all that often, we didn't discover that until last week. New replacement parts, even if they are available for such an old appliance, would cost at least $50. We will have to buy a new food processor. The broken parts were thrown away, apparently, and they never told us they broke the food processor. 3. We had a MegaMillions lottery ticket on the front of the refrigerator held by a magnet. We discovered after they left that it was missing. Fortunately, there were no Arizona winners that week, so we didn't lose anything. Even so. . . I would never use this company again.

Horrible. I had to ask them to redo a few things...several things were just swiped rather than cleaned. The head woman and one other were more professional and better at cleaning than the young woman who was with them. Everything she did I had to pay to have redone well. They moved things out and around, cleaned, and then put nothing back. I had more to do when they finished then I had to do before they came. Things were very out of place. I had asked for three things specifically to be done...NONE of which were done. And these were mentioned in their special ad as being services they offered...fans and glass sliding doors cleaned. Two of them talked a lot in the beginning....and I was surprised when they said "Okay, we are done." The floors and counters have streaks, and the living room needed dusting after they left (plus the fans...and having someone come and clean the glass door and thresh holds. I have arthritis and cannot do a lot of the work and was expecting much more. I have two more companies coming to help with things, and I got their names from Angie's list...I believe I may call and cancel. I do plan to cancel my membership to Angie's list. This is a lot of money to have to do it all again!

I gave a detailed list and most all of it was done to my satisfaction - which others will tell you is a feat! 2 disappointments only 1) poor job on the window cleaning and 2) found a huge cobweb over the window topper in the Rec Room that they missed. Other than that they did a great job. All exterior lights were cleaned, patios swept, outside foyer was cleared of cobwebs at over 20 feet high. Bathrooms, floors, counters, fans, vents were all cleaned. Overall they did a great job!

Mother Earth is very good. They're very thorough and pleasant and I just like them. They know what I like and they measure up every time. They're really good. I would absolutely use them again.

The team is very organized and efficient. These women work hard and go beyond my expectations. I've had them come to clean three times (once a month) and the house looks great after they are done. I had just done the laundry this last cleaning before they came and was in the middle of making up the beds when they arrived so they immediately went to work finishing the beds for me. During this last visit, I put my dogs on the back porch to stay out of their way (normally they stay in the garage during the cleaning). When the ladies started to wash the sliding glass windows, the dogs began barking so much that we decided not to clean those windows this time. My charge was reduced for the reduction in cleaning time without my asking for it (I appreciated the gesture). When they are done, they take me around the house to make sure that I am satisfied with their work - if I am dissatisfied with anything, they would remedy that immediately. I have not found any dissatisfaction thus far. I appreciate the dedication these ladies have to cleaning my house and their friendliness as well. I recommend them highly.

They did a nice job. They got the hard water stains off the toilet which made me very happy. I would use them again.

They didn't get to any dusting of bookshelves and such, through there were three of them. The floors and bathrooms including toilets and sinks were sparkling clean, I couldn't believe how good it looked. My one complaint is they changed the setup in my shower off the bedroom and now I can't use it! The faucet knob is supposed to turn both ways left to right. Now it only turns right and does not get hot. There is a water pik which I never use but they switched it to that and had it facing outward so when I turned on the water I got a spray of water in the face and the water sprayed out the stall all over the bathroom which I had to clean up. I am unable to change it back to the way I had it. Why would they do such a thing? Very unprofessional to willfully change customer's settings. Now I have to use the other bathroom shower on the other side of the house until I can figure how to fix what they screwed up..

They were punctual and very efficient The cleaned all of the baseboards and even the top of the kitchen cabinets. I would definately do this again

I was glad to communicate by email the week prior to the job to set up the appointment and describe what was needed.. Marllut Chavez the crew manager arrived with her team about ten minutes late. They asked what type of cleansers I wanted used: natural or chemical. I choose natural whenever possible. The team of 3 women and 1 man went right to work. Unfortunately the kitchen faucet was not installed and they quickly improvised without complaints, by using the hose, and bathroom faucets for water. The house was very dirty when they arrived and sparkled when they left three hours later, without any chemical odors. Marllut reviewed the house before leaving and found the microwave needed cleaning and called the crew back in. They were cheerful and hard workers who clearly took pride in their work. I will definitely use Mother Earth Maids again. thank you, Marie

Service was fantastic & Natalie was great at providing services in my home on short notice with a thorough explanation of the types of services provided. The team arrived exactly on time, & I was able to do a walk through with the team manager as to some specifics I was requesting. The team did a thorough job of my kitchen, great room, & 4 bathrooms. They even cleaned my cabinet fronts, & an extremely high chandelier that hasn't had a good cleaning in years! We have had a lot of construction in our home & never had a good clean after that, so needless to say I was impressed with how much they were able to accomplish in 4 hrs with a team of 3. They even scrubbed out my double oven! All in all my house has never looked or felt so clean, & I will definitely be calling them back for additional services.

We had a problem with getting scheduling coordinated...the night before they were to be here I was informed of a time change because of illness with their staff. I did not want them to come to our home, if any of the staff were exposed to the flu (or whatever) and the time change did not fit our schedule. Because of this I cannot provide an accurate review of what kind of services they provide.

Guadalupe's crew (total of 3) was friendly and courteous and knew exactly what to do when they got to the house. They worked quickly and efficiently and I was very satisfied with the final result. The house was spotless! I'd definitely hire them again.

I had a crew of three people who came into my house and cleaned it from top to bottom. I had ordered 9 hours of service, but actually ended with 12 hours of service, paying an extra $55. It was definitely worth it. They were so thorough, I can understand why they did not get finished in 9 hours. My house is cleaner than it has ever been. I am definitely going to use this crew again. Wish I could give them an A+.

I was exceedingly pleased with the thorough job that was performed at my house. I never knew the grout between the tiles in my dining room and kitchen is actually beige, not brown. My sink fixtures sparkle like jewelry, they even got the majority of the hard water stains off of the master bath shower doors, which is something I've worked on for years and never made progress. Everything smells wonderful and it was a real pleasure walking through my front door today after work. I would highly recommend this company; you can't go wrong!

Met all our expectations of what we wanted done. Each area was CLEAN. No lag time... non stop work. And especially paid attention to detail. They advertised 9 man hours, thats what was provided. No breaks...straight through. Completed: all base boards...calcium deposits in showers (Looked like new shower doors)...kitchen stove...kitchen sinks/counters...bathroom (3) bowls and sinks and encounters ...complete vacuuming. And dusting. We are scheduling this service on regular intervals.

This group did an excellent job. They were prompt and professional, and did all that I required. I appreciated the care they took with fragile pieces. I would definitely use this service again, and would recommend them highly to others.

We just purchased a new home and wanted it deep cleaned prior to moving in. The 3 women who were assigned to clean our home were early! No one was home when they arrived and they called to tell us they had arrived early. They waited for us to arrive and went right to work. They were polite, lovely women. Our new home has pine doors throughout and they oiled the doors throughout the house. They performed the services listed in the 'move in/move out' deal that we purchased. Because the home was empty, they finished early. I was told by one of the women that I would be credited some money back because the original deal that I purchased was for 4 hours of cleaning. They finished in just over 3 hours. I had to call the main office number once and the response was prompt, polite, and reassuring. I would definitely use Mother Earth Maids again and I would recommend them to friends who are looking for a cleaning service.

I used this services twice for my mothers house. The first was the deep cleaning special offered to Angies list users. The crew came into the house and stayed for over three hours and cleaned everything as stated in their special offer. They did a great job. I don't know of anything that wasn't cleaned. The baseboards, cabinet, door trim, light bulbs, light fixtures, floors and carpets. They cleaned everything! I had M.E.M. come back on a regularly schedule basis, and on the second trip they almost as thorough a job and the deep cleaning job. I had to stop the service because my mother fell and broke her hip and is out of her home for an extended period. Once she gets back, I will be contacting M.E.M.s to start up again.
