They did a pretty good job. They scrubbed the kitchen faucet clean of all the accumulated calcium deposits that had formed over the years; same with the water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator; cleaned the light fixtures and ceiling fans; cleaned the bathroom and kitchen well; swept and mopped the floors. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They were courteous and professional. There was a crew of 3 persons. I believe they stayed for about 3 hours total.

Very professional! I only have good things to say. This house sparkled and my new residents loved it immediately.

Wow--Mother Earth Maids has won my heart! They arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time, asked for a quick tour of what was to be done, and got to work immediately. They were friendly, polite, completely professional, flexible...and very, very competent. I loved that they used natural cleaning products (like distilled vinegar) that left our home fresh and clean-smelling without even a trace of chemical odors. Thanks, ladies! Strongly recommended. We'll definitely be using them again!

They did complete the entire house, but missed details. One of many possible examples is they did clean the tile floors and baseboards, but missed all the corners and the joint between the baseboard and floor as well as the baseboard and wall. I could give more examples, but I think you get my point. The price with the special was not bad, but the job details were not what was advertised. The bid for doing regular service was VERY high and with their lack of detail to the job, we passed.

They sent 3 women who worked for 4 hours making our newly moved into home spotless. They cleaned everywhere - even vaulted ceiling ledges, above kitchen cabinets, refrigerator & stove, windows! I don't think I've ever had such a thorough cleaning done. They were a very pleasant crew and worked non stop!

I appreciated the work team arriving on time, and the ease to schedule the appointment. However, communication was difficult. For example, the dishes needed to be washed that were rinsed in the sink. They were putting the dishes away, as if they were already clean. I intervened to repeat that the dishes needed to be washed, and proceeded to help clean the dishes and put them away. Though the house was in dire need of a good cleaning, it is only 1200 sq ft. The allotted time was for a 2500 sq ft home. When scheduling the appointment, Mother Earth Maids assured me the house would be completed within the time allotted. The stove and the refrigerator, which were part of the included payment, needed no cleaning. I had hoped that would have given more time to focus on bathrooms and extra detailed vacuuming and dusting. However, it was necessary for me to go over the whole house for dusting, and go over the vacuuming again. They also had to ask me for garbage bags when the offer included their own supplies. They told me that they needed to hurry to finish in order to prevent charging more for going past the time - it ended up going down to the last minute, after all. Though the place was in better shape than when they came, I was left with an overall feeling of disappointment, compared to what was promised would be done by four people in three hours. The quality of what was cleaned was below professional standards.

The cleaning went very well. The supervisor who was one of the three cleaners was very professional, clear in her communications and asked me about priorities in case they did not finish in the three hours. If they weren't able to cover the entire place, they would be able to do the additional work for an additional fee. Though I didn't have them do the extra work, she was very good in letting me know when they were near their time. They were very through, low impact and actually called to say they could come earlier. Next time, I might have them do deep cleaning on specific areas as some of the work was a bit more superficially cleaned than I would have liked, buy given that they were cleaning 3750 square feet in three hours, I think they did a really good job.

They cleaned everything I requested, including fans, baseboards, appliances, cabinets (inside and out), etc. The house sparkled when they were finished. They were very professional and thorough and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. This is the second time I've used Mother Earth and I'm very satisfied with their services.

I have had a great experience with Mother Earth, the cleaning service. I have used them now continuously every two weeks and they do a great job. I leave my house when I go out of town and give them access to it, they are excellent and I highly recommend them. It is $140 for 2 and a half hours and three people come. They clean everything. I am a very neat house keeper so my house with them is perfection. They are very thorough and I am very fussy. They are very punctual and polite.

Over all Mother Earth did a good job, however I needed to do the stainless appliances again as they were streaked, possibly a dirty rag was used. I was also disappointed with the kitchen floor tile, it appeared plain water was used without any cleaning agent. The five ladies that did the cleaning were very nice and for the most part I was very satisfied. I would use them again.

They did an excellent job! The bathrooms and kitchen countertops shine like never before. The stove and all the appliances are sparkling. They cleaned all the windows inside (and we have a lot of them). The main bath needed work and they left it immaculate. The only difficulty was they worked for more than 4 hours (which was the agreement) and didn't clean the kitchen and laundry tile floors. They checked with the office and said it would cost $35 more to do that work. We said never mind and then they did it anyway. We're still finding things that are spotless that we hadn't noticed.

They cleaned everything including a couple of special things we asked for. They worked hard and everything was done very well.

It was ok. They showed up on time. There was some lack of attention to detail however. Bathrooms were not completely clean.

They were PHENOMENAL. Very friendly, hard working team. They never stopped cleaning. Extremely satisfied.

They contacted me and were able to schedule when I needed them. The cleaning team showed up on time and did exactly what I wanted done. They did an excellent job and I would use them again..

They crew did a good job but couldn't finish unless we paid additionally. We called to set up a price for continuing the cleaning for the future however the company never called us back so we went with another company.

Love the fact that they use natural cleaning products, heavy chemicals and odors give me headaches. They were very respectful of how I wanted certain parts of my house cleaned and did a very good job. Usually first time cleaners miss a lot of the hidden areas, they did not. I have booked them again.

Called before arriving. Listened carefully to what I wanted to emphasize needed cleaning. Worked hard the entire time. All were courteous. I felt comfortable having them in my home. I can't say enough about their professionalism. It was a wonderful experience. I will contract again. I wish I could have Mothers Earth Maids every week!!!!!!

It was alright. They were hard to communicate with, only one of them who came spoke English. It was hard to get across what I needed them to have done. But the quality of work was good. They did not show up until late in the afternoon, they were a little late getting here so they didn?t stay the entire time. They came at almost 4:00 pm and left about past 6:00 pm. I just paid for the $159 deal. The cleaning was good. The initial price was good but for coming back and doing it on a regular basis, they were very high.

Answered an Amazon local special for 6 person hours for $99. Was advertised as a 50% savings, but then I noticed that one can buy that service for $159 online. When I questioned the office they said that "Amazon requires them to say it's a 50% savings" ... uh huh! On the day of service they were to arrive at 11AM with three people for two hours. They called about 10:30 and said they would be about 45 minutes late. Around noon they had not arrived so I called their main office. The dispatcher apologized and said the customer before me needed "extra time". They finally arrived about 12:30 with two people instead of three. The "team leader" (a very nice young lady, by the way, who did speak reasonable English) said that the regular team leader was ill that day. Evidently the main office either didn't know that, or did not think it important to tell me about it. Obviously there would be an elapsed time problem for every client with a member of the crew missing! When they arrived I gave them a written prioritized list and also went over it verbally ... making the silly assumption that the leader could read and was listening. They did several things that I explicitly asked them NOT to do, and failed to do several things at the top of the priority list. For instance, I asked them NOT to clean the oven, but they did anyway (wasting a lot of time) and they failed to wash the baseboards, which was a very high priority. Among the things they actually did that were on the list, several were done haphazardly. For instance, I asked them to thoroughly clean and seal the granite countertops in the kitchen (very average amount of granite in a relatively small kitchen, and I had taken EVERYTHING off and out of their way). However, they definitely did not seal it, and there were several areas that obviously had not even been washed. Finally, they were there for almost four hours and still had not come even close to finishing, having missed an entire (small) bathroom. The only good side was that they did not charge me extra. Nevertheless, because of the following I would not use them again nor recommend them. 1) the logistical problems with the office 2) the "average" cleaning job 3) failure to heed instructions 4) and failure to provide a correctly sized crew. (Yes, they spent an extra hour, but what if I had had an afternoon appointment that day at 3pm? ... I do work for a living and had stayed home explicitly to meet them. They arrived an hour late and stayed an hour too long.
