I was not as satisfied with the second service. They unplugged things and didn't plug them back in. Things were not put back how they were. I asked for the same group and no more than 3 people. They promised and then they showed up with 4 people. It was to much to keep with.

It went okay. They were a little late. They really didn't speak English that well. There were a couple of glitches. I would recommend them. They weren't perfect but they were good. The workers were okay. The major problem was their communication because they didn't speak thorough English. Other than that, it was okay.

It worked out excellent! They were very polite, fast, and very good. I will definitely use them again.

I absolutely love Mother Earth Maids. They save my weekend for me--instead if cleaning, I am no longer spending my time off doing housework. They clean my bathrooms, sweep, mop, clean windows, wipe baseboards, vacuum, dust, change linens on the beds, make those beds, clean my patio doors--everything, each week. Never had any issues, and have always been happy.

We did call within 24 hours and the service sent someone out to replace the refrigerator into place. ?That was all that was done even after our concerns were voiced.

Great! They arrived on time, went above and beyond cleaning the entire place lifting area rugs and cleaning under them. They even moved furniture.

Mother Earth Maids did a move in detailed cleaning of our home. They worked hard and left the place sparkling. I subsequently scheduled a regular bi weekly cleaning with them on a specific day and specific time. When the day came, they were not here at the appointed time, i called the office. They said they had emailed me that morning as they had a cancellation and wanted to come to my house 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time. I did not check my emails, but if I had, that would not have worked for me as I am a busy professional woman who works from her home office and my schedule is tight. When I told them that i had expected them at our agreed upon time, they wanted to re schedule for much later in the day. Again this did not work for me. It seems they wanted to fill their vacant time and forfeit my agreed upon time or expected me to basically dance to their tune! When i called the owner to complain, I expected to speak to the woman who supposedly owns the business, Natalie Miranda. Instead I got a man who spoke with a heavy accent, talked and did not listen. Sorry, I can't work with their business model. I won't be calling them again as they are unreliable.

I cannot begin to tell you how "BEYOND PLEASED" I was with the professionalism, the promptness in the time they said they would show, the details in which they cleaned, and how pleasant all of the people working here were. I felt very comfortable with this group, and I will continue to do business with them in the future. They went beyond my expectations. Even my husband couldn't say enough good things about our cleaning crew. I'm considered a good housekeeper, but my age has slowed me down quite a bit. They found areas that I had not seen and I was surprised how much I had not maintained, but these guys seem to find every nook and cranny and cleaned it spotlessly. I can honestly say I was IMPRESSED with EVERYTHING they did. They were kind accommodating, and pleasant to me, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated them. if anyone is considering using a house cleaning service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mother Earth Maids. Provider sent me a email. I responded and the work was never started. I moved furniture and emptied the house in preparation of their service. They never responded back to me and never started the job. Its been almost 30 days since I purchased the service. No results yet.

They arrived on time and did an outstanding job in cleaning the house. We will use them again.

Wow, they've done everything. I have an older house with older appliances, tub, toilet, cabinets etc., so there was some scrubbing involved. They cleaned my entire refrigerator and freezer, wiped down my cabinets, mopped floors; dusted the ceiling fans, lamp shades and normal dusting; cleaned the microwave, vacuumed, cleaned the entire bathroom. They even rearranged my book case as I asked, and they took out the garbage. I've had 2 different crews and they both did an excellent job!! One was a little early, one a little late(10 min), but they both called ahead to let me know. I good with that. If they have questions-they ask, otherwise I stay out of their way and let them work. I'm very happy with Mother Earth Maids and have another appointment scheduled. Thanks to the 2 crews that cleaned my house. It was a lot of work. Robin Reed

They did all that we asked and more. Since the time went over, and we had added some additional things we wanted done, there was an additional charge but we were happy to pay it since they really did all the things I absolutely hate doing (cleaning blinds, baseboards, fans, etc). Will definitely use them again! Fantastic job!

At this time, I regret even going on line to find a company. I can not hire a different team unless Angie's cancels that $169 charge. ' I don't mind losing my membership fee even though I will not try Angies again, but I feel Angie's should not have processed the payment at all since they of course already knew that particular company could not work within Sahuarita. They could have told me up front that the cleaning company I paid for was not operating in our area and I could have made other arrangementsl I do thank Nicole, Ken, and Mariana for being so kind while I was so confused; Johanne Hart

A wonderful team came into my house and were a cleaning whirlwind. They paid attention to detail, did all kinds of extras (fan, fridge, microwave, etc.) that I didn't get with my former solo housekeeper, and were discreet, cheerful, and friendly. They brought all their own products and supplies and I had nothing to do but stay out of their way!

They sent me 4 people instead of 3 which means I would have less time. I told them the windows were done, and they cleaned them anyway. They kept forgetting things. I kept trying to monitor what they were doing so they wouldn't' pack up and leave before I was able to verify their work. They did the ceiling in the bathroom after doing the counter. They completely forgot the floor in my master?bedroom closet and bathroom. They used a vacuum, so they didn't really sweep. The mopping of the floor only included a rag on a stick. There was no furniture, so they just needed to dust the floors and counters. When I would?advise them that they did not do something, they would tell me they forgot and then came back and did it. When I move in to a house, I want things spick and span, and I told them that when I contacted them.?I called them and they said they would give me 15 more minutes, but they did not. They packed up and left.

I was happy that they made things cleaner, but still felt that I had to go back and finish jobs. They didn't do some of the things I asked for and said that it took too long to do things, some of which I hadn't asked for. They were good in general, but I feel like I have to pay just as much again and hope that they get other things cleaned on a next visit.

I had Mother Earth Maids clean my house after having old tile removed from about 2/3 of my house and then having new tile installed. There was a significant layer of tile dust on everything in the house after all of the tiles or was completed. They did a great job of removing the dust and taking the house from looking like a construction zone to a home. I was pleased with their service!

Three of the hardest working women I've ever met!

Three cleaners showed up on time and worked until they finished. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied before they left. They were very thorough and I would use them again without hesitation.

They did an Excellent job cleaning, it looks great now. But I didn't like that they called my husband at the end and said he needed to pay another 30.00 because it took them a half hour longer. I was in a location my cell phone didn't work.

I would not call what I got deep cleaning, it was more of once over.

We used Mother Earth Maids to help clean our new home prior to our moving in. The whole process was great. The scheduling was easy and super follow up via phone, email and text messaging. The night before our cleaning we recvd a reminder text and the team called the morning of to ensure arrival. The team was super! Very nice and worked very hard as we had a home that had been vacant for 2 years and was 3700 Sq feet - lots of spider webs and dust as you can imagine after being empty for that long. The team of 4 cleaned for a full 4-hours and completed all the requested jobs - cleaned all the cabinets inside and out, cleaned the windows inside and out (for those accessible via patio), cleaned our window tracks, ceiling fans, inside/out of all appliances - and much more!

The crew arrived on time. I walked them through the house to show what had to be cleaned. After that, they took off in all directions doing an exceptional job. Ceiling fans, top of cabinets, inside of cabinets, window sills, carpets, floors and medicine cabinets. All spotless. I thought I would have to replace contact paper in the cabinets and drawers before Mother Earth Maids came. After they completed their job, the contact paper looked brand new. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family and would definitely use them again.

It went very well, except my mother gave them the impression that I did not want my master bedroom/bath cleaned (their English was very limited.) So, be sure to make instructions very clear to the person you make arrangements with.
