Very courteous, came a little earlier than appointment time but worked out fine as he waited 10-15 minutes for me to get home.Price was in line with my research on the part and labor I needed. Really happy and I will be a return customer as well as recommend to others.

I was very happy with the service that I received from Dependable Refrigeration. Travis was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner. He quickly diagnosed which appliance was leaking water. I thought it was the washer, but it turned out the leak was coming from my gas water heater. I had to use a different company for this repair. I have used Dependable in the past and was always satisfied with their professional service.

Dependable was a good name for this company. They were prompt, efficient,courteous and professional. I was impressed with the communication the office maintained with me, however, they seemed a bit pricey.
