the service person name Tim was very professional and efficient. He knew exactly what the problem was and the next day it was resolved.

I would have given a solid 5 but my original call was not returned, I then contacted Dependable Refrigeration online. A return e-mail confirmation was very quick. Tim called when he was on his way, in the time frame, was courteous and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again and I will recommend their service.

They sent someone out the next morning. Did the diagnosis, got the part and finished the whole job in a couple of hours. Very professional.

They were curteous and knowledgeble. They arrived on time and tried every possible avenue to repair my oven. However, due to the age of the oven they were not able to find a replacement part but did do what adjustments they could to allow the oven to work for the time being.

The repairman was on time. He quickly figured out the problem (bad thermostat), had one in the truck and even fixed the seal on the freezer door as a courtesy. I will use these guys again and would also recommend them.

Tim found a leaking tube to the ice cube dispenser was causing the water to leak in our freezer. He ordered the part, came back and fixed the problem. Tim was very pleasant, and professional. The scheduler who called me twice to set up a time for Tim to come to our house was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Dependable.

Refrigerator was broken. Repair guy showed up on time, correctly diagnosed the problem, and after obtaining the necessary PC board, fixed it. All appts. were on time. Man was courteous. Would definitely use this service again.
