fast service, heater works great, not the most informative. He did not tell me anyone else would be working on it. I went into the garage, and the side door was open and there was someone else at work. He said he would send me an estimate for further repairs, and I haven't heard back. Also, they let in the neighbor's cat and did not tell me. He was stuck in there for three days before I realized it.
