PCS was the only co. to respond during heat wave. Submitted service via HA @ 6:30 AM. PCS called back by 9:00 AM. Arrived on time later that afternoon. Repare done right same day on an old unit. Did not price gouge. I would call back in the future.

I placed my request large at night but received a response almout immediately providing me with a name and phone number to call. Although I was hesitant to call so late, I did anyway. Clint answered and set an appointment for the next morning. Longer story short, service was on time, communication was excellent and I will be keeping them as my heating and cooling maintenance company.

The representative showed up as promised and was very honest about his findings. Another Serviceman had been there prior and told me that I needed to replace my Compressor and was looking at a cost of $1600. The Representative from PCS told me someone had turned off the unit and when he turned it back on, it started working. Its such a relief to find someone you can trust and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need this type of service.

Clint called me from the rental to assess the problem and give an estimate which turn out to be exactly what was needed.

The motor he replaced ended up being a dud that went out a few days later; however, once I called him, he had one of his employee's out there within an hour to fix the issue. Clint is the man! What seemed like 5 mins after I solicited this service on a late Saturday night, I received a call from Clint. He was able to come out first thing Sunday morning to service our A/C which was great because we were hosting a party Sunday afternoon. Clint was very thorough and also let me shadow him during his time at my house. I am very grateful for Clint. He was in and out in less than 30 mins and everything worked out perfectly. I will be calling Clint from here on out. Very professional!!!
