The paint job went very well. Wayne is very detail oriented and truly cares abour quality, workmenship and excellent results for his clients. He has lots of experience with home repair issues, and had good recommendations for other repair issues in my home. I appreciate him taking his time to talk with me about it. Wayne started the job on time and finished the job on time. I gave him a key to my house and his crew was very respectful of my property. I think Wayne's prices are very competitive as compared to other contractors. Another quote for an interior paint job rolling (not spraying) was several thousand dollars more. Highly recommend. We plan to call Wayne again for help with our other properties.

Wayne is great. He's professional and informative. You feel at ease when working with him. He's accommodating. He keeps you up-to-date with the progress.

I received paint estimates from 3 different companies. I contacted Wayne to let him know I went with a cheaper quote. He asked me what kind of paint they were using, and I told him "cheap" on the ceilings as the other company had told me, and he said Ok, well make sure they do this, and that, and that they don't do this... on the phone, he began to walk me through all the things I should keep an eye out for, and that I should make sure that they do. He genuinely cared about me and my family, knowing that I am a single mom on a budget and I didn't have a lot of knowledge regarding the work that I needed done. As I was writing down all of the great advice he was giving me, I changed my mind. I needed help to renovate this newly purchased home that was in such bad shape. Being a carpenter too, he was able to help me with so much more than just paint, but the paint came out FABULOUS. I tortured myself for over a week trying to get the right color schemes and Wayne really helped me. He has a great eye for color and what works. Every room in the home was painted, all the ceilings had the popcorn removed and were re-textured and painted. He took out a dog door and dry-walled, textured, painted and re--stuccoed the outer wall. The windows. oy vey... I knew that the windows were in bad shape. They had been installed by the previous owner and while he made a valiant effort, you could actually see daylight between the wall and the window sill. Wayne sealed and caulked the interior and exterior window sills and they look great, and I trust them to keep hot air, dust storms and water out - and there is no longer a draft coming in. =) I got carpet installed at the same time, and Wayne worked with the carpet installer to ensure that there was no painting happening after the carpet was installed. He also called the flooring guy out when he tried to put a baseboard back on the wall that had been split when it was removed. Wayne replaced the baseboard with a matching piece and painted it too. The previous owner had hung one of the bedroom doors upside down and backwards. The doorknob was up at eye level - just ridiculous. I took it off and tried to rehang it, and it soon became apparent that I needed a new door. Wayne hooked me up with the lumber yard he uses to cut my cost a bit, and even corrected my measurements to ensure that the door I ordered would fit just right. Then, he painted it and hung it. I removed all of the terrible closet shelving the previous owner had installed (badly) and then had no working closets. Wayne replaced the shelving and the clothing bars in 4 bedrooms including a rather large master closet. I am sure I am missing other work that Wayne and his crew put into our home, but needless to say, this was a HUGE renovation project and Wayne was there the whole way. He did a great job and went far above and beyond. I will recommend his company to all of my family and friends.

He was very professional. He was very prompt, showing up when he said he would. We went with someone else because he was recommended by our contractor, it had nothing to do with him. I would recommend other people getting an estimate from him.

We had another painter cancel our garage project at the last minute the week before Christmas. Contacted Wayne on Saturday, had the quote on Sunday, work was started on Monday, and finished on Thursday. Wayne was able to fit in our garage project into his schedule to have it completed before Christmas and the arrival of family. We appreciate his ability to fit us in and have the work completed before Christmas. Wayne was the only painter contacted that committed to this schedule.

Where do we begin...working with WF Shannon Painting (WFSP) was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Wayne and his son Wes are incredibly hard workers with a serious focus on quality. The first time I met Wayne, I knew he was the right fit for our project. While bidding our project he took time to educate us on different materials available and explained the importance of using top of the line water proof paint. His commitment to delivering a high quality paint job was evident in our first meeting, he even invited me to his house to see his work (which I took him up on). When it comes to painting, you definitely get what you pay for. Our goal was to get a quality paint job at a fair price. After meeting with several other contractors, the decision to go with WF Shannon Painting was an easy one. Some of the bids we received were priced lower, but Wayne's bid was competitive and none of the other bidding companies stressed quality like WFSP, they instead stressed their ability to get the job done quickly. WFSP starts with a full pressure washing of the home combined with washing of the window screens and windows. They then do a full caulking of the window seals to eliminate any leaks or future problems. Any drywall concerns are remedied (tape and texture) before masking begins. Then the paint begins, and WFSP does not skimp on the paint. Our home is 9 years old and was painted by the builder originally with what we believe was very watered down paint. We were in serious need of a paint job. If our house was a sponge, WFSP fed it until it couldn't take anymore paint. They spray a thick first coat, then roll the stucco to fill in the texture with paint. After drying, they reapply another entire coat by sprayer. The result is a paint job that we can't stop admiring not to mention that our neighbors are now drooling for a paint job by WFSP. Wayne will tell you that their work "speaks for itself", and I can say with 100% confidence, that he is right! These are the types of guys that come to work, and work hard ALL day! I can't speak highly enough about them and their quality. We are so happy to have found them and would use them again in a heart beat. You can not go wrong selecting these guys to paint your house, YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH YOUR HOME WHEN THEY ARE DONE WITH IT!!!!!!!!!!!

THE JOB WAS STARTED AND FINISHED (TIME WISE) AS PROMISED THEY MOVED FURNITURE AND RETURNED IT TO ITS PLACE THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. SINCE I HAD USED WAYNE BEFORE, I KNEW THAT I COULD LEAVE HIM AT THE HOUSE ALONE. WAYNE IS VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I WOULD GIVE HIM A KEY TO COME/GO AS HE NEEDED WHEN I COULD NOT BE AT HOME. THERE WAS NEVER A PROBLEM. WAYNE GAVE ADVISE, WHEN ASKED, AS TO COLOR COMPATIBILITY.
