Description of Work: Wayne replaced my leaking hot water heater with a new one. He showed up on time did a good job and was friendly and knew what he was doing. He did a quality job at a fair price, in a timely manor. He also did a good job on 7-22-06 when he replaced my A/C unit. I would recommend him to every one I know.
