He came to my home during the time we had scheduled, he then inspected the home for the bugs that I was complaining about. Found that they were just normal pests that came out at this time of year. He then went to his truck and got his chemical and sprayed the inside and the outside of the our home. When I saw all the bugs coming out I got a little nervous and he explained to me that was completely normal. He stated he uses a "flusher" in his chemical that makes the bugs come out but they will be dead in a matter of minutes, and they were. When I asked him about the safety for my children and dog he said the chemical he uses leaves no residue and is the safest on the market. I asked him about a warranty and he stated that there is a 21 day guarantee and if I see any bugs within that time frame he will come back and spray the areas I am still seeing the bugs. He was very professional, clean and well mannered. I was extremely happy with the service I received and I would definitely recommend VIP Pest control.

Justin was very knowledgeable and seemed experienced with a bug problem like ours. He answered all our questions and was very friendly. He performed an initial spraying and we now use them as an on-going service. We highly recommend VIP Pest Control!
