Sales and color staff were incompetent. Several vendors no longer provided products to this builder during construction. We were forced to close on the house prior to the final walk-through and then learned that the house would not be completed for another four weeks. The builder repaid our lost interest. When we moved in the builder had forgotten to schedule the gas installation and we had no hot water/gas. The gas range was sitting on a box on the living room floor. Kitchen cabinets had to be rebuilt. The landscaping was not done per our written request. The wood flooring was badly installed with gaps. The house shows stress cracks interior and exterior from excessive settlement. A window stress fractured and the builder will not replace. TV/cable wiring was done improperly; wiring wasn't accurately labeled. The backwash system was set to go off in the middle of the night, waking us up. The drywall finish is terrible. Doors cannot be opened. Quality of workmanship is terrible overall
