We have used Villa Landscaping for two years now and they are the third company that we have used over the past ten years. Manuel Villa and his crew are by far the best! Our yard and vegetation has never looked this good. We have hired them for other special projects as well and have always been more than happy with the cost and the results. Because of the excellence that we have experienced at our home, we now use them for our office and rentals as well. If I could recommend Villa Landscaping more highly than an A, I would! They are always friendly, professional, thorough and super hard working. Now that I've found Villa Landscaping, I wouldn't use anyone else!

He came and gave a quote, did the work and came back again, very consistent, kind, professional. Well spoken.

The person did a complete maintenance clean up job. In two hours he did more clean up then anybody else I have had in the past seven years. he trimmed, weeding, took away the derby, he is a complete gardener.He seems to know what he is doing and has lot of experience. He is the gold standard. He is licensed. he is a dependable person. I have hired him on a weekly basis.

AFTER THEY BUNGLED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT TIME WE HAD AGREED TO, WE RESCHEDULED TO A LESS CONVENIENT TIME FOR ME. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED, DID AN ASSESSMENT, AND SAID HE WOULD GIVE US A COST ESTIMATE THE FOLLOWING DAY. THIS WAS OVER TWO WEEKS AGO AND WE DON'T HAVE AN ESTIMATE YET! THIS IS *DESPITE* ME CALLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES IN THIS TWO WEEK PERIOD, INQUIRING WHERE OUR COST ESTIMATE WAS. THE LAST TIME I TALKED TO THEM, I BASICALLY ASKED IF THEY WERE STILL INTERESTED IN THE JOB. THEY SAID SURE, AND THEY WOULD GET ME A COST ESTIMATE THE VERY NEXT DAY. OF COURSE IT'S TWO DAYS LATER AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS. THEY DON'T KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS, KEEPING PROMISES, OR BASICALLY ANYTHING ELSE RELATING TO RUNNING A CUSTOMER-ORIENTED BUSINESS.
