They were more than happy to perform the services under the supervision of a state inspector, at our request, as we've had less than satisfactory service from another company in the Valley. They where very professional and did the work quickly and correctly. they where the only company out of the three I got estimates from that explained the problems and what the remedy would be. I did not necessarily take the lowest bid but also was concerned with the knowledge for the company that I was going to contract with, and Varsity Termite and Pest Control is the company I decided to go with.

I am very pleased with the entire experience with Varsity owners and employees. One of the owners called me within minutes after I made the request on-line. Another owner came to inspect and put together a plan. The sons did the work. The treatment plan for my termite problem was prepared specifically for my problem vs one size fits all. Very professional, knowledgable, thorough and trustworthy. Who would believe a termite treatment could be a pleasant experience!

The professional, polite and completeservice offered by this service turned an ugly surprise into reassurance. The estimator (Tony?) was respectful, listened to my concerns and answered my questions completely. The tech who applied the product was also professional and kind. He didn't complain about having to move some carboard boxes/small pieces of furniture and move out the freezer. He was neat and neatly applied the product and restored my property. The quote included foaming inside the walls where the mud tunnels were noted. I received a 5-year warranty, as well. It was an excellent value. I would highly recommend this service!
