+ -1 moreMy bathtub was not draining properly, and suddenly my toilet began making strange thumping sounds. Then the floor of my shower began overflowing and it just got worse from there. My neighbor had recently used Universal Plumbing Pros for a leaking hot water heater, and was very pleased with them. I remembered the recommendation, and phoned Universal. I described the water over flow/ flooding problem to the receptionist. She had a plumber contact me within 5 minutes, and within 20 minutes they were at my home and resolving my water everywhere problem.
Description of Work: Cleared main plumbing line, extracting roots.
