TERRIBLE is the kindest word we could find to describe our experience. TMC is very expensive and were at the top pricing of the other custom pool quotes we received, but we wanted to "support" a local business. From the start, they were non-responsive, would never show up for appointments, had terrible workmanship, left a dirty and unsafe worksite at all times, had poor installation of equipment and even had missing equipment, allowed their subcontractors to manage the job thus leaving us with numerous measurement and scaling issues. We can give numerous examples. The only time they would show up is to collect payments, which we paid in full. Their non-responsiveness goes beyond rude and when they did respond, they did not take ownership at all. It's be a year and we are still awaiting a clean "hand-off" as to how to use the equipment. Do yourself a HUGE financial and emotional favor and do NOT use TMC Custom Pools! We wish someone would have given us that advice.

These people are responsive and punctual. Because I called them in late May on an unrelated matter, they didn't charge me for call-out for repairing the pressure switch. You can send them pictures of what you think is malfunctioning so they arrive with all the necessary parts.

Fast and Professional. We are very pleased with the work done on our pool.

My repair was a small job. I had a crack on the steps of my pool. My pool is pebbletech and the crack was expanding. No job was too small for TMC. I called and Dan came out and met with my husband. An estimate was given and we took it. Dan arrived on the scheduled date and time. Dan's workmanship was excellent. I had other previous work done on my pool and I wished I had known about TMC at that time. Thank you TMC for an excellent job well done!!

I waited 2 days at home for the repair person and they never showed up and never called. Whenever I called the office I was told that the technician was "on the way".

It went very well. They were prompt and thorough, replacing the pool timer, checking the light and replacing a faulty GFI that was keeping the light from working, replaced the pressure gauge and the air relief valve. In addition they began their service which includes a very comprehensive weekly maintenance program and chemical testing and supplies.

We called for pool service. The person who answered the phone wanted our credit card number before sending out a tech to look at our pool. We declined giving it to her. She said someone would be out the next day. We told her we would be available any time after 1pm She said someone would call the next day with an arrival time. They called the next day at 6:45am and said they would arrive between 2-4pm. They then called again at 1:30,just 30 minutes before their appointment window, and said they would need to reschedule for Monday. We told them we would not be available to reschedule Monday and we would have to call them back to reschedule. They wanted to know why we were not available on Monday.

Eric was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond in helping a neophite understand the basics of pool maintenance. He called me daily over the period of a week to check how my pool was looking. Because of his help, I was finally able to swim in my pool (which was green just the week before).

FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS, I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR WEEKLY POOL SERVICE. THEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. WHEN REPAIRS ARE NEEDED (SUCH AS THAT LISTED ABOVE), THEY TELL ME WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, ESTIMATE THE COST, AND PERFORM THE REPAIRS IN AN EXCELLENT AND COST-EFFECTIVE MANNER.

RESPONSE WAS TIMELY, REPAIR WAS QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVELY CARRIED OUT.

THEY WERE HELPFUL IN DETERMINING OUR PROBLEM WITH THE POOL.

TMC EMPLOYEE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP FIX SOME MISTAKES WE HAD WITH OUR POOL START UP. THEY LABELED ALL OF OUR EQUIPMENT AND SHOWED US HOW TO RUN THINGS SO THEY WORKED BETTER TOGETHER SUCH AS THE WATERFALL, SPILLWAYS, ETC... GREAT COMPANY THAT GAVE US GOOD INSTRUCTION.
