+ -1 moreFrom the initial call to TMC for assistance to the completion of the work, all aspects of our contact were positive. The office person was courteous and helpful, putting us in touch with a person very familiar with the newest Smart Irrigation Controller and knowledgeable about its programming. That person came out punctually and spent about an hour doing the work which included going over the various sprinkler stations (5) to see that all were functioning correctly. He stated at the outset what the minimum cost for the first hour would be and we agreed on that. We will call on TMC again for future landscaping repairs.
Description of Work: We purchased a Smart Irrigation Controller through SRP's program for water conservation and tried many landscaping and sprinkler repair services to do the actual programming before we contacted TMC Maintenance. There were various reasons why others couldn't come out and do this... lack of experience with it, did not service the East Valley, had a several weeks long backlog and were not willingto schedule us, or we left a message and no call back. Our experience with TMC was positive. Within a couple of days, their irrigation technician came out and programmed the RainBird Smart Controller and checked out the system to see that the various stations were functioning. Furthermore, he went through the entire programming and explained which choices needed to be made.
