`Roofs Done Right…The First Time` At Tim KLINE Roofing, our desire to instill the utmost confidence is what separates us from the rest. Those are words not just spoken or written but backed up with a warranty that has real meaning. The real care we take with all of our customers is immediate. We continue that genuine care throughout the entire process. After our roofing professional has discussed your concerns, we begin by assessing your roof’s condition. This process includes taking photographs, measuring your roof and creating detailed drawings. The amount of time we spend varies and depends on the individual project - don't worry about the summer heat, this is what we do. We then discuss our findings with you in layman terms. This is a crucial step in the process - we do not rush through this; detailed fact-gathering ensures a successful project - plan on setting aside at least an hour and a half for this initial meeting. For larger homes with multiple issues, please allow more time. When we have gathered the information we need and answered all of your questions, we then take this information back to the office to create a detailed proposal. Each of our proposals/agreements is custom-made to the roof it is designed for - we don't use generic carbon-copied proposals with boxes to check off. We will then contact you to set up another appointment to review the proposal. Once you agree to the work, that's when our real work begins. All Tim KLINE Roofing craftsmen are thoroughly trained and verified to work on each individual system. Your roofing professional and the foreman will meet on your roof to discuss the job at hand (one more time) before actually beginning the process; we invest this much time because we know that thorough preparation reduces the chance for error. Should you have a need to speak to your foreman anytime during the project, he will always be accessible. Tim Kline believes that roofing craftsmen work with the utmost care by adhering to the process from start to finish, top to bottom. We believe the level of quality and accountability starts at the top, continues through the entire process and always dictates the outcome - that is why we can give you our *15-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty. Tim Kline knows roofing! He took lots of pictures, inspected inside and out and thoroughly explained the process. He and his crew were professional, hard working and punctual. The job was done in 4 days. They totally cleaned up the property daily. The roof makes our home look new. Highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We needed our entire tile roof replaced. Remove and replace tile, all black fabric underneath, wood strips that hold the tile, flashing etc.

They did an excellent job! Tim the owner was on the job site every day and kept us in formed throughout the entire process. The crew was punctual, courteous and did a thorough clean up at the end of each day.
Description of Work: Replaced our main tile roof and the roof on our second story balcony.
