Communicated via Angie's List and arranged for a date and time. Stayed home from work for the appointment. Didn't show up and didn't respond to communications asking about the missed appointment. Must be busy enough to not need new customers.

They did a fabulous job. I was impressed with the quality of work from their employees. They were reasonably priced and did a great job. I would use them again and recommend their service. The time frame in completing the job was accurate.

It went really well, very professional and on time. There were no leaks after the first service. They were very clean and didn't track any dirt into my house. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

It went as planned and were on time and very friendly workers. The 3 workers took almost 8 hours and did a nice clean up of all heir materials and tools. Other than checking when it does rain again, this frim was very good to use I highly recommend them again to anyone needing a new roof or repair. GOOD JOB !
Description of Work: We had roof leaks in 2 rooms of our home so they tore off and replaced the 2 sections affected which was about several hundred square feet.

Amazing, the guys stripped off the old roof took them 10.5 hours but they completed in in one day. The next day the next crew did all the singles. Looks great.
Description of Work: Replaced roof. Also replaced the damaged plywood. Very professional. Cleaned up all of their mess too!!

Description of Work: Quick and clear estimate given for several items to be done to our roof (after 2 major storms). Shane and crew were great. Did quality work without cutting corners. Used this company several years ago due to one leak in the roof of our 2-story pitched tile roof -- during a major rain storm. Shane came and covered the roof with a huge tarp until he could come back and repair issue. No issues with repair since then. I highly recommend this company and have recommended them to many friends and colleagues.

Communicating with Shane is an easy and pleasant experience. His sister (better-looking than him) works the front office.He listens well and provided a signed, no-obligation, detailed written estimate before any work was begun. The work was begun and completed as promised, even with 105 + degree heat with one small exception. When the oversight was discovered and brought to his attention a week later, Shane dispatched a crew within one hour of my call to take care of the remaining two items. Of course, this call back did not result in any additional costs. The Roofing Company provided me with a 2 year warranty on all materials and labor. Thank you Shane for exceptional service!
Description of Work: Shane (the owner) came to our home at the time and date promised- the day after our initial call for help. He quickly assessed the problems after listening to my requests. He came back the next day with a crew of three to perform all of the work. It involved removing cement tile from affected areas of the pitched roof, replacing leaking 30# felt and some sheeting that had penetrations. Then reinstalling the tile. They did this in four areas of the rakes and eaves. They hauled away all debris. Our house includes a 144 square foot upstairs patio that needed some resurfacing. He kindly resurfaced the entire deck using a new product containing shreaded tennis balls and finished in a color matching the exterior paint. This work was provided at no cost to us!

Roof developed leak due to improper original insulation/construction. The Roofing Company immediately recognized the issue and corrected it quickly, neatly and cost effectively. The forecast called for more rain that week, and fortunately they were able to come out and do the repair within 2-3 days to avoid another leak.

Called and had an estimate within two days. There was an opening the following day so the roof was repaired immediately. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and we were exceedingly pleased with the results.
Description of Work: There was storm damage so broken tiles were replaced and new ones installed.The roof was inspected carefully before an estimate was given.
