If you want a beautiful floor and an immaculate clean up job - call Jesse. From the beginning, Jesse was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about tile and the process. He had a few obstacles with installing our tile because the concrete poured by another company wasn't level and had already cracked in several places due to that company not installing expansion joints. Jesse was able to work with the floor he had, and compensated for the floor by grinding out the cracks and adding expansion joints to the tile itself. I was extremely pleased with the final results, the floor is beautiful. Jesse is a tile artist and perfectionist, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my tile. I highly recommend him and will use him if I have any future tile projects.

Jesse was responsive and professional every time we spoke. His price was competitive. He showed up when he said he would. Beyond that, he completed the job ahead of schedule and was amazing at keeping the rest of the room clean and undisturbed. He had a crowbar in one hand and a vacuum hose in the other to be sure the dust wasn't flying around the room. Jesse exceeded our expectations on every front. We are very pleased with the result of his work.

Being a large, expensive project, we obtained four bids before we chose the ReTile store. Jesse was very professional and patient throughout the whole process, even as we went back and forth agonizing over the choice of tile. He was also able to offer guidance in a constructive way that was helpful, but didn't seem like he was pushing us one way or another. One of the other contractors we received a bid from offered little flexibility and was pushing for one particular product. Even though we ultimately ended up buying the tile from ReTile, we were offered the option to purchase our own tile from somewhere else if we found something we liked better. Aside from the big box store, he was the only contractor to offer this option. He was also very transparent in the way he broke down the pricing and what his markup was, making it easy for us to compare with other options. As for the job itself, we couldn't be happier with the process and the result. We were trying to make a particular move in date and had carpet installers scheduled right after, so there wasn't much room for error. The ReTile installers who did the job were friendly and demonstrated the same level of professionalism we received during the sales process. Jesse inspected their work everyday, and had them make any necessary corrections before they got too far along. The result was tile running through all sections of the house that was perfected aligned without a single line being off. At the start of the job, I had stated the desire to have several boxes of leftover tile for future contigencies. When they were finished, they had used more than they had estimated and had less than one box left. At his own cost, Jesse contacted the manufacturer and obtained 4 more boxes from the same lot and delivered them to our house. On a final note, one of the installers who came to do the carpet also does tile. He commented 3 or 4 times while he was here on how great a job the ReTile guys did.

We were absolutely amazed that it was not necessary to hang plastic in the doorways nor to cover things up! Jesse uses a vacuum system to remove the old tile and, true to his word, it produced hardly any dust. Unfortunately, when the old tile was removed there was vinyl under it. It took a considerable amount of time and effort for removal of the vinyl and they worked very hard and had the entire removal done and ready for tile installation the first day! We nicknamed them "Super Team". Jesse had a Bagster delivered to our driveway and everything went in there (old tile, old vinyl, old molding, etc.) Neat! He used laser lights to set the diagonal pattern that we wanted. We selected a grout color and in a total of 4 days it was finished! We highly recommend RE-TILE and will definitely use them again!!! We could find absolutely NO fault....pretty special these days!

Jesse Boswell did an absolutely terrific job, and worked with us every step of the way. First, he removed nearly 400sf of old ceramic tile, leaving the concrete floor clean and smooth. More importantly, he dd the job without creating any mess. I was truly amazed... I couldn't find a spec of dust anywhere! Then he installed 850sf of 5"X32" pocelein tile. This stuff has to laid precisely, and Jesse did a superb job. He prepared the floor where we had pre-existing cracks and installed the tile with precision. One particular area was a curved concrete pad along a sunken living room. Jesse painstakingly cut the tile to create a spectacular looking border and bull-nose effect that came out incredible. I highly recommend Boswell Flooring. Jesse is a nice, polite young entrepreneur that comes prepared to work every day. He has all the right tools to do the job correctly and professionally..

Fantastic. Jesse and his crew did everything and more than i would have expected. Jesse runs his business the way a professional should. He is honest and hardworking. I originally hired him to do the removal of my old flooring, but was so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work that I hired him to install my new tile flooring as well. I have given his name to everyone i know who even mentions tile and i will use his services for any flooring or tile work that I need done. To sum it up - he does what he says at the price he quotes and his work is without a doubt some of the best i have seen. To hire anyone else would be a mistake.

Quality of work was excellent and tile removal was DUST FREE with Jesse's unique removal equipment. The laying of the travertine was flawless, no lippage, straight lines on the diagonal... They were prompt, courteous and stuck to deallines with a couple late days of work to make sure. ZERO complaints and I'd refer them to anyone needing any stone or tile work
