+ -1 moreTHE PLUMBER'S TECH WAS VERY POLITE AND INFORMATIVE. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HOW THE REGULATOR OPERATED. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND WITHIN THE RANGE OF QUOTES I HAD OBTAINED. IN A LITTLE OVER A MONTH, THE POINT WHERE THE WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR ATTACHES TO THE PIPE INTO MY HOME BEGAN TO LEAK. I CALLED THE PLUMBER AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE IT FIXED. THE TECH NEVER SHOWED UP. I CALLED AND MADE NEW ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE TECH AND THE OWNER. AGAIN THE TECH DID NOT SHOW UP BUT THERE WAS NO CONTACT FROM THE COMPANY. I LEFT MESSAGES AND THEY WERE IGNORED. I CALLED AGAIN AND CAUGHT THE OWNER AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN. APPARENTLY THE TECH WAS NOT FEELING WELL BUT I WAS PROMISED THAT HE WOULD SHOW UP AND FIX THE LEAK. NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN AND NO CONTACT FROM THE PLUMBER. I WOULD NOT HAVE GUESSED, BASED ON THE INITIAL IMPRESSION THAT THEY WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THE LEAK IS WORSE AND I AM HIRING ANOTHER PLUMBER.
Description of Work: I NEEDED MY WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR ON MY HOME REPLACED. I HAD CALLED ADAIR PLUMBING (THE ORIGINAL PLUMBING CONTRACTOR ON MY HOME WHEN IT WAS BUILT)AND ARRANGED TO HAVE IT REPLACED. ADAIR SENT THE PLUMBER OUT TO PERFORM THE WORK. I RECEIVED THE BILL FROM THE PLUMBER AND PAID IN FULL.

+ -1 moreWE HAD BEEN HAVING PLUMBING PROBLEMS IN OUR UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. WE HAD SEVERAL OTHER PLUMBERS OUT TO UNCLOG. HE TOOK THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE WHY IT WAS BACKING UP AND WENT AS FAR AS TO PUT A SCOPE DOWN THE PIPES TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM. HE SUGGESTED THAT WE TELL THE HOMEBUILDERS TO REIMBURSE US FOR THE EXPENSE AND THEY PAID IT.
Description of Work: REMOVED A REBAR FROM OUR UPSTAIRS TOILET PIPES.
