Laura was very nice, professional and honest to me on the phone about the service that I needed for my lock. I will definitely use her services for my lock repair or replacement needs.

Laura is a true professional. She returned my call promptly, showed up on time, and replaced the locks quickly and efficiently. She also took the time to educate me on how dead bolts operate correctly, cleaned up the debris she created, and hauled off the old hardware for me. She has us as customers for life!

It was easy. All I had to do was make the phone call and Laura took care of the rest. She was at my home promptly and on time. She got right to work and had my home safe again fast. Laura is a professional and ethical. She is knowledgeable and can open or fix any lock. I'll hire her again the next time I need a locksmith.

Linda was terrific and I will use her again. She called to confirm the appointment, was timely, and installed the new security lock without the door having to be re-painted. The cost of the change of lock included special security keys that are not able to be duplicated. Additionally, she fixed the doorknobs so that one would not inadvertently lock the doorknob and lock themselves out of the condo. A great recommendation! I highly recommend using Laura. Laura was on time, in fact she was early; but called to verify it was okay. She knows her business and my old doors are working perfect now. She charges a service call fee so I would recommend saving up your door problems and having them all fixed in one call.

We got The Lock Lady's' name from Angie's List. Laura was very responsive and friendly. She called 30 minutes before her arrival. She arrived on time. She made various recommendations. She was fast, no-nonsense and did exactly what we agreed on. Perfect job! There's a possibility that we might buy a new house. If that happens, we'll be calling her to change the locks.

Laura is very nice and she was on time. She showed up in her cool truck and was very professional and very practically oriented for a fairly straightforward task. She had some additional concerns and advice for safety which I appreciated. I strongly recommend her. She seems to be very honest and customer oriented. Price seemed to be fair given that she had to drive over there for the service call on fairly short notice.

Laura, the Lock Lady, worked steadily for five hours, always showing me the various stages of each door and checking to see if I approved. Any changes in the initial assessment were thoroughly discussed. She helped me understand how various locks work and why, and what might be best for my situation. Her understanding of criminal thinking and techniques was especially impressive. Much of what she installed was also what she installed in her own house. She is remarkably personable and very enjoyable to be around!

I called her number and left a message; she returned my call promptly and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. She called about 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to confirm that she was on the way. I really appreciated that. She asked me to walk her through the house and tell her what I wanted her to do then confirmed that she could perform all of the tasks in less than an hour. She suggested that I replace the broken knob/lock set on my security door, presenting the advantages and benefits of doing that. She informed me that the set would have to be ordered and would take about 2 weeks to arrive. She called me two weeks later, setting an appointment to install the replacement lock set; which she did a couple days later with the same prompt, punctual & professional service as before. We had purchased our security door from First Impressions a few years ago and we could never get anyone from that company to help us fix the door knob. We were so happy that the Lock Lady took care of it for us.

We purchased a home in Mesa and Laura changed the locks on all the doors and provided new keys. I was not able to be present when she was performing the services. She arrived on time and called me to discuss what the best method would be to change our locks. She kept me informed of all the changes that she was doing and kept me up to date on the costs involved. Laura is very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call her again when we need to have lock services performed.

This was Laura's (the lock lady) second time to come to our home. Both times very prompt, thorough, competent and a delight to meet. Maybe a little more expensive than some, but a true professional and I believe her work was excellent and well worth the money. I will definitely use her services again.

Since I moved in July, I have had a lot of work done on my new home. Roof, floors, paint, plumbing, and new locks. Laura was the absolute best person of all those who worked on my house. Laura arrived within an hour of my call. There were two doors on the front of the house, both with deadbolt and regular key locks. The house had been empty for some time so the locks were corroded. Laura spent well over an hour picking both locks on the house door and the security screen door. Her perseverance was amazing. Will definitely call her again.

Laura arrived on time and was very professional in her interactions with me. She is very knowledgable on the workings of door locks, made recommendations which would provide greater safety/security to my home and did so without applying any pressure. I did not have the original keys and Laura was able to pick the locks and re-key them for me. I had a good phone conversation including a price quote before the job was performed. The following day Laura did the job in a timely fashion and the price was exactly as quoted.

Could not be happier, Laura showed up at the appointed time, got right to work, there were a couple issues with the locks, she took care of those issues. She installed a new lock, did a very professional job, She cleaned up after herself and was gone. Professional pleasant and its all taken care of……..what else can one ask for!

I called on Tuesday to schedule rekeying services and Laura fit me into her schedule the time I requested the next day. She arrived on time, identified herself at the door and gave me her card. However, her mobile locksmith truck was the first identification - very professional presentation for "The Lady Locksmith". She first checked all of the locks to be rekeyed and provided some detailed security pointers during the process. The security door was a bit of a challenge due to the exiting lock but she accomplished the rechange and also adjusted the door and lock so it closed correctly. She made the number of keys we needed and waited while I tested all of the locks to make sure we were satisfied. Her rates were reasonable and comparative to the other locksmiths I had considered. I was very impressed with Laura's knowledge of her craft as well as pointers and information she shared about security do's and don'ts. I highly recommend Laura and will definitely call her for any future lock and security needs.
