I was surprised to see bad reviews for The Grout Dr. then I realized the reviews were not for Bob and Marsha Percox but another franchise owner. Each Grout Dr is owned by a different person so be careful which Grout Dr you call for service. Bob and Marsha have been cleaning our tile for the last seven years and they have always done an excellent job. I've referred them to family and friends over the years and they also did a great job for them. Bob and Marsha's cell phone number is 480-600-0127. Their area of service is south of 60 from Ahwatukee to Queen Creek. Bob and Marsha always show up on time and go above and beyond when it comes to thoroughly cleaning, staining, sealing, and repairing tile. If they provide an initial estimate for the work and later, upon further examination, discover the tile is in better shape than expected they will tell you and reduce the amount of the estimate. Our original estimate for today's job was $950. However, because of their honesty, my final cost was $700. That's a big savings! They are very professional, personable, and honest. I highly recommend the Grout Dr owned by Bob and Marsha Percox.

Bob and Martha Percox came out to give an estimate on 2 bathrooms with tubs. They came out within days after I called and gave me reasonable estimate on the work I needed done. They are very outgoing and I enjoyed talking to them. They returned on the day we had scheduled for the 1st bathroom and regrouted the tile, repaired several tiles and reattached a ceramic soap dish. They returned a week later and did the same to my secound bathroom. My tiles sparkle. I am very satisfed with the results.
