I called T & A to get a bid on putting in a back yard fence and a pasture fence at my rental house in Gilbert. They were to go out that same evening that I called to look at the job and give me an estimate. No return phone call. I called them again the next day and they said they were going out that day. No return phone call. Finally I spoke with Tyler and he seemed a bit rude with me. He had the wrong side of the house that I needed done which I don't know how they did that cause one side already has a fence. Then he became a bit frustrated and was drilling me on what kind of fence I wanted. I asked what my options were. He said that he would check into it and get back with me. He never did. He had been advised that I have renters moving in on July 1st. He wasted nearly 2 weeks of my time when I could have had someone else bidding the job and acutally doing the work. I then got an e-mail from him apologizing that he could not get my fence done in time because he had been hospitalized and was backlogged. He never did come up with a quote.....nothing. No, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was very specific about which fence I needed. I told his secretary, a male, that it was the backyard fence at the front on the east side of the house. The second fence that I described is the pasture fence that backs up to Guadalupe Road which is currently a wood fence. I don't know how much more specific I could have gotten. He most certainly did NOT go out the first night as he said that he would. His "secretary" said that they were hung up on the previous job and just could not get out there that evening. They did not get back to me the second day either. If Tyler had gone out and measured as he said he did, he would know that the back fence is only 154 feet and not 300. Furthermore, I never ranted about money. I told him to keep in mind that this is a rental house, not the home I live in, so to please find me the most cost effective material that will do the job of keeping the dogs in and also hold up to irrigation. He never got back to me. Please read his response and note the overall tone.
