SureTemp Air Conditioning

SureTemp over charged me $500 They attempted to charge me for a TDR replacement, a low voltage fuse, and an add a wire kit. The technician, David, was in my home for all of 15 minutes and he did the following: Took off my old thermostat and replaced it with a Google Nest Learning thermostat. I stood next to him the entire time. He repeatedly exclaimed how easy it was to replace and exhibited signs of excitement that it happened so quickly. He reassured me at minimum 4x that the only fee i would be receiving would be a thermostat replacement fee which would be around $80. However, the following day, I received an invoice for nearly $460. Within the invoice, they added on all of the bogus crap I mentioned in my first sentence and it took 2 weeks for them to finally respond and it get it sorted out. What was their solution? They removed the add a wire kit charge but left all the other items i mentioned on the invoice. This company is dishonest and they are only out to get your money. David the technician relayed zero honesty into the actions he performed and nearly cost me $500. Avoid this company at all costs.

Our SureTemp technician was professional and knowledgeable. We have a new build home and he told us about our unit not being registered with the manufacturer, which was affecting our warranty. We also found out that our condenser was starting to lean to one side. Attention to detail is important! Thank you SureTemp for keeping us cool!

This company had come highly recommended to me by a friend who had them install a brand new unit. She couldn't say enough good things about them, and I find that I agree with her. They had been called as a result of a list of things that were cited in an inspection. Justin was punctual, called me 40 minutes before coming, and was very thorough, courteous and professional. He found that most of what was on the list did not need to be done, and also discovered that some work I had recently had done had not been necessary. He replaced the capacitor and said that was all that needed to be done. He wrote me up a detailed report with pictures to send in repsonse to the inspection. He took the time to explain things in detail to me and answer any questions I had. The pricing was very fair, and I appreciate how honest he was with me, especially after a different kind of experience with another company. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Very good! Professional, courteous, punctual and honest!

Keith is an expert in his field and very professional. He replaced our ancient roof mounted air conditioner with a new, energy efficient model and we are extremely happy with the results. He was great about explaining the entire process to us and we felt very confident in his ability to do the job right. The installation was uneventful for us as Keith took care of everything! He arrived on time and finished the job well before we expected. After the ac was replaced, he invited me up on the roof to inspect his work and I was impressed by the attention to detail. Wires were kept tidy and the roof sealant was applied neatly, not slathered on haphazardly like the previous installer. Keith was very professional yet relaxed and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured or rushed and he was very good about listening to my questions.

The first two comapnies weren;t abel to get out to the house for at least 2 days, Sure Temp was out there that morning.

Keith (owner) showed up on time and explained the work he was going to do before he got started, he was professional and courteous. When he finished he written what he uncovered during the check up and explained what it all meant.
