+ -1 moreI used this company many years ago, and have been on their mailing list since. When I recently needed carpet cleaning I had no other provider in mind so called them to schedule service. I had to change the date with late notice and they were very accommodating, which I appreciated. They arrived at the agreed upon time, scoped out the work with me, explained what they could do, and importantly, what they could not do. I had asked for grout cleaning, and the technician was very up-front about what he thought was worth including in the job and what he felt would he could not improve. We agreed upon what was to be done and he got after it. I was very pleased with the finished work. The dark spots that didn't come clean for the last outfit are gone. I am quite amazed at how effective the grout cleaning went. Several dirty areas are like new, and the spots in front of the stove where grease vapors and spills settle is very much improved. The only minor complaint I could muster is that they do not take American Express. I know AMEX is more expensive for providers, but AMEX has earned my loyalty by alerting me to compromised card numbers twice.
