+ -1 moreDemolition of laundry room cabinets was not planned. Steve did not supervise sub-contractor adequately. Ceiling framing was poor quality. Trusses were not square. Nails were not fully set. Again, Steve did not properly supervise and inspect the subcontractor's work.
Description of Work: Demolition of kitchen, hallway, four bathrooms and laundry room. Demolition of ceiling in all rooms to raise heights from 8' to 9'. Removal of all wood and tile flooring. Included re-framing of ceiling at 9'.
