Workers arrived on time and replaced the old toilet and took old one away. Did a good job. Looks really good.

It went great. The office said after 2 pm but they showed up at 1:15

Sterling Services came out today to do our annual plumbing inspection. They did a thorough job, as they typically do. We have always been pleased with their work.

All went well. This is the fourth year of my long term contract with Sterling and I expect to sign another long term maintenance contract in the spring.

I cannot say enough positive things about Spencer Schwartz of Sterling Services. We have had the good luck of having him as a service technician at our home on approximately three different occasions and on each of those visits he displayed exceptional courtesy, skill and expertise. In the future, if we require any further services from Sterling, it will only be if Spencer is available.

Sterling Services has been servicing our home a/c and heating system for almost 3 years. Bill M (service technician) comes out every spring and fall to check out and tune up our system. Sterling performed an inspection of our A/C system. They found some issues that needed correcting and suggested some improvements. They gave us a good price and did the job well.

My AC went out over the summer and they were quick to respond the same day. The did a thorough analysis and gave me the repair option and the replace option. I didn't feel pressured to replace the unit, they just gave me pros and cons and answered my questions. They came back the next day and replaced the unit as agreed. I feel the price was a little higher than I could have gotten elsewhere but it would have been a different brand of unit. Not sure if "Carrier" is worth the extra money I paid but the service and work was top notch.

It went well. The technician told me that a few capacitors need to be replaced. I felt that the capacitors were a bit over priced.

I called Sterling for plumbing services after such a great experience with their a/c repair. The gal who answered the phone was, knowledgeable and was able to schedule the time I requested. The service tech Dan called when he was on his way and showed up on time. We discussed the options and he was able to repair the hot water faucet quickly....and he was nice!

I called in the morning with a/c issues, the gal who answered the phone was very nice and offered a same day appointment. The service tech Chuck showed up on time, he was courteous and respectful, he diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, completed the repair quickly. And he was a nice! When he left, I noticed on his truck that Sterling also does plumbing and I ended up calling that day to schedule a plumbing appointment. Great company.

Very pleased with the R.O. filter change service done by your tech Dan Cifelli. Very knowledgeable and professional. He also helped explain maintenance regarding my water heater and my water softener so that I could understand. I would use Sterling Services again in the future if need be.

. They were timely in responding to my RFQ. They provided a fair quote for a job I knew was over $10K. They finished in a timely manner too. Would I have them do a whole house plumb for me again? In a heartbeat! Michael, the lead, was awesome. His commitment to doing the job right was evident in everything he did.

They did a great job, fixed a few issues that I already knew existed at a very fair price.
