Description of Work: The technician arrived and I described the problem. The technician began the troubleshooting process. The garage door operates safely now because the technician took the time to explain everything he was doing during the troubleshooting and ask that I keep watch over the center of the door for cracks around the hinges. If the cracks appear in the center of the door. I should consider having a support device installed across the center of the garage door. The technician also recommended that I have the door checked every one to two years to ensure that the door continues to operate safely. I will use this company in the future.
