 + -1 moreMark and Blake have always come through. My last fix required them to come while I was two thousand miles away. They promised to be there they day I called, and they did.
Description of Work: I've had several problems over the years with my sprinklers from broken sprinklers to cracks in my valves and control box.

Based on the great reviews, I called Mark (The Sprinkler Advisor) and, over the phone, he walked me through setting up the timer properly. Thank you so much, Mark! If I ever have irrigation issues, I now know who to call for help. This was a great experience!

 + -1 moreThe most amazing honest people around. I found them on Angie's List this morning, called them and they arrived 1:30 the same day. I had suspected a big leak beneath my tree, so big that my yard was pretty flooded. Blake (Mark's son) had great patience in trying to sort out where the leak was coming from. He did fix the one beneath the tree, but he also suspected another leak elsewhere. Sure enough Blake found a second leak approx 8 feet away from the other leak, beneath the ground. So professional, very fair priced, and most of all spectacular work!!!
Description of Work: I had two serious leaks beneath the ground repaired. One was beneath a tree, the other was found approx 8 feet away from the initial leak.

 + -1 moreI recently purchased a new home and the sprinkler/drip system had a lot of issues. Mark and his son worked over 3 days to repair my sprinkler system/drip system. They also programmed the timer box for my individual watering needs. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely be calling them again.
Description of Work: Replaced sprinkler heads, nozzles, valves, main drip line, drippers, dripper heads, etc...

 + -1 moreWent very well. Mark came on time. Looked over the whole system after I showed him the areas of most concern. He made a few suggestions, some of which he fixed that day and others he will come back and do later. Spent about 3 hours at our house. No issues since he made the repairs.

 + -1 moreMark came over promptly and dug up lines, made needed repairs, fixed the leaks and set the clocks so they would work the way it was needed as we had just planted a winter lawn. He worked quickly. No time was wasted. We would definitely recommend him. He's a very pleasant friendly man! Give him a call!

Description of Work: Plants started to die in my front and back yards. I thought I had a serious valve problem and called Mark. He came the same day and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He could have talked me into an expensive repair but he was honest enough to tell me that I only had some clogged emitters which were very easy to fix. He ran a complete check-up of my sprinkler system and he found tens of clogged emitter, minor leaks, incorrectly selected emitters, etc. He fixed everything and now the system is running much more efficiently.

Description of Work: Mark inspected irrigation/drip system program box and replaced part on this visit. Previously he capped off an area we decided to "not" try to grow grass on and replaced drip nozzles with a soaker line in another area. He also re-programmed our system and helped us to figure out how much time it should be on.
