 + -1 moreEverything went well. Their pricing was the best. They had a sales associate that assisted us throughout our decision process. Delivery was on time. Items were installed properly. Service was provided roughly 3 years ago so I don't remember all of the details now.

 + -1 moreFound the drive mechinism was shot. Tech said it would cost more to replace the tub than just to purchase a new one. We were only charged the minimum service call charge. I appreciate the honesty of the Tech.

 + -1 moreI think it went well. I would call them again. I think that the serviceman that came was very complete and explained everything. He wasn't trying to be pushy and any of that kind of stuff like a lot of them are. They have been here before in the past years to fix things and they seem to be pretty good. They were in the middle pricewise. They weren't the most expensive and they weren't the cheapest. I did a little bit of research and I found out that that is what it cost these days. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: A repairman from Genuine Maytag Home Appliance came out on a service call about three weeks ago.

Description of Work: Purchased Frigidare Dishwasher. Independent installer came at agreed time. Used diswasher two days whereupon retaining screws came out causing the washer to wobble and shake.Brian Swieger of Home TV & Appliance gave me the phone number of the installers organization. Called and was repeatedly told they did not do repairs Finally said they would send the installer back. Never came. Phone pf installer is: 1-602-252-6030
