Did excellent work started and finished the work on time. I had them do the floors and remodel the kitchen. The next year I had them remodel the bathroom.

Being a single woman I was apprehensive about having to find and come to trust a crew in my home. I also had a very strict budget and I was worried someone would charge me a crazy amount. From the first meeting Rick and I were on the same page with design and he made me feel very comfortable. He has an amazing crew, who were professional, worked so hard, and were patient with all my questions. They finished on time and on budget. Rick and his crew were fantastic to work with! In the past year they have done laid new flooring in my living room and kitchen/dining room. Remodeled my whole kitchen, new cabinets, countertops and backsplash painted living room and dining room. Installed a new closet in my laundry room. Lighting and wiring in all rooms. New vanity in my small bathroom. Remodeled my whole master bathroom, new wiring, lights, custom cabinets, new countertops and sinks painted, new flooring and a beautiful huge walk-in shower with all new plumbing! I absolutely loved working with Rick and his crew!!! YES I WILL REFER HIM TO ANYONE AND I TOTALLY GIVE HIM 5+ STARS!!!!

Started out great a full team was here working well and getting things done. Then in about a month just one person was here a lot. The worst was to watch one person lay plank tile by himself. From a birds eye view the job looks great but looking at the finish work I'm disappointed. A piece of my entertainment center ended up missing and Rick would not even consider it was due to someone from his crew. The job was done in a six month time period but could have been done faster with better organization and an obvious plan. Always an excuse. The end result is good.

We started our renovation on 2/10, then COVID hit! While it had an impact on the project timeline, Rick did an amazing job keeping us up to date on all the changes! I d hire him again for another job! His teams did an excellent job!

Rick and his team remodeled our master and guest baths. They did a fantastic job and results were exactly as I had specified. His crew did a great job working through any unexpected complications that came up on the project. I was in constant communication with the team in case there were any questions and all work was completed in a timely manner. There was great attention to detail and superlative workmanship in tiling, painting & finish work. The project cost was extremely competitive and great value. I have additional projects that I will be awarding to Spectrum without the need for competitive bids, knowing that I will receive a fair quote. I highly recommend Spectrum.

I used Spectrum to replace several load bearing walls with ceiling beams combining three small areas to make one very large great room. There was also a considerable amount of plumbing, electrical, dry wall, painting and flooring that they completed for me as well. Rick at Spectrum was great throughout the process. I felt that he provided me with a very fair estimate and pricing did not change throughout the project other than changes I chose to make. His subs were fantastic. I would stop at home daily over lunch and they would fill me in on their progress. The also patiently answered all of my questions. They were extremely respectful to my home and kept it clean throughout the entire demo and construction process. They also brought the project to completion right on schedule. I couldn't have been happier with the results. Their work exceeded all of my expectations. I give Spectrum my highest possible endorsement. I am referring all of my friends to them and look forward to using them again on future projects! Go with Spectrum and you will not be disappointed.

Very customer oriented, but it would be better if they could improve on there communications.

I have had them work with for me for 10 years. He was able to redo sloppy work another painting company had done beautifully. He was so confidence he would do a good job that he made a fully refundable job if I was not satisfied. He does things only one way, and that's an A+ quality job. The pricing is outstanding. He is very fair to his clients. I wouldn't use him for 10 years if he weren't amazing. I have used other companies, but never better than this company. He also hires A+ employees. He is very accurate with time and cost. He does no up-charging. He gives amazing recommendations, as well. 100% trustworthy!

He is very particular, and I have never had any problems with any work he has done in the past. He is extremely communicative and friendly and I would never use a different contractor.

They were punctual. We had a large project that they completed in a timely manner and they did a great job.
