+ -1 moreOverall experience was great. They were friendly and very informative. After an explanation of the system, my door closer was repaired. They even have a patio door they use as an example to show you exactly how to attach when you get back home. I would highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Automatic patio door closer needed repair. Called company to arrange service, they encouraged me to bring the unit to their production facility in order to save the expense of a service call.

+ -1 moreI HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, DIDN'T CHARGE A LOT, AND FIXED THE DOOR PROMPTLY. I CAN RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT RESERVATION.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A SLIDING DOOR FROM OUR LIVING ROOM THAT LEADS TO THE OUTDOOR POOL AREA. THE DOOR AUTOMATICALLY CLOSES TO PREVENT OUR LITTLE ONE FROM GETTING OUTSIDE (ONE MORE LAYER OF PROTECTION IN ADDITION TO THE POOL FENCE). THE DOOR WAS JAMMING AND NOT CLOSING BY ITSELF COMPLETELY; YOU HAD TO MANUALLY PUSH IT TO GET IT TO CLOSE.

Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED AN AUTOMATIC SLIDING DOOR CLOSING MECHANISM. WE HAD THIS FEATURE INSTALLED ON OUR EXISTING SLIDING DOOR TO COMPLY WITH OUR AREA SWIMMING POOL BARRIER REQUIREMENTS. A SECONDARY LATCH WAS ALSO INSTALLED AT A SPECIFIC HEIGHT TO AID IN PREVENTING SMALL CHILDREN FROM REACHING IT TO OPEN THE DOOR & BE EXPOSED TO THE POOL AREA.

HE WAS HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING TO ME THE SLIDERIGHT MECHANISM AND OFFERING OTHER USEFUL IDEAS TO SECURE A SLIDING GLASS DOOR.
Description of Work: JIM, THE SERVICE TECH, SERVICED ONE SLIDING GLASS DOOR, REPLACED ITS ROLLERS FOR AN ADDITIONAL $50 AND TIGHTENED THE TENSION ON A SECOND SLIDING GLASS DOOR.

ALSO IDENTIFIED WHY THE DOOR WASN'T SHUTTING ALL THE TIME (STUCK IN A GROOVE IN THE TRACK) AND MOVED A DOOR STOPPER AT NO EXTRA CHARGE WHEN THE ALTERNATIVE WOULD HAVE BEEN PAYING $60 FOR A NEW TRACK. NICE TO DEAL WITH.
