Mark did the job professionally after his prompt arrival. He was very careful to remain on site to check that the installation was done well, without any leaks or seapage. I had previously done business with Parker and Sons==HUGE MISTAKE.

SAK has been involved in many electrical and plumbing projects in our current house which has been remodeled from top to bottom - literally. No surface was left untouched. Overall, I am sure our projects totalled over 15000 with SAK for electrical and plumbing. SAK Electrician, Tony, is always pleasant to have around. Very friendly and very skilled. I don't think there ever was a time I had to discuss a project with him more than once, he knew and recalled exactly what I wanted done. SAK is also very responsive in getting quotes. We have more projects coming in the future where SAK will be involved without question.

This company was originally hired by my contractor do some some work which turned out well. So we thought, why not personally hire them for a small project of wiring up our hot tub. The kid they sent out had some issues with it, but completed the job. HowEVER, after a month, the circuit board went kaput. We called the hot tub folks and they came and looked at it and we were advised that one of the wires was not done correctly and it was something that needed to be repaired by the electricial company. I called them and they had the kid call me. He didn't apologize and blamed everyting solely on the hot tub company. Ummm...they were not the one who wired it...HE wired it. He was unprofessional and then said he'd talk to his boss. Yeah, sure. No more phone calls back about the problem that this kid caused. So disapointed with them and their lack of responsbility in this matter. We hired somebody else to fix the problem after buying a new circuit board. Thanks a lot SAK. Evidently you can only be trusted if you're hired by a big time contractor. You suck!
