We were leaving for vacation and our water heater went out. It started leaking from the bottom. I called Roger in a panic as we were leaving in a few hours for vacation. They showed up within an hour and looked at our current situation, shut the water off, started to drain the tank, and actually returned within a 1/2 hour with a new 50 gallon electric energy efficient water heater. As one guy started to work on it, a second guy showed up to assist. Roger told him we were leaving soon and it had to be completed STAT, like they were doctors!!! I was amazed at how they worked like they had done this in their sleep. An hour and 15 minutes later I had hot water again, and they cleaned up the mess from my old water heater. I was so relieved that I could once again focus on getting out of town with my family. Thanks to Roger and the Rocket Rooter Team!!!! Tim and Peggy Batte

Of course this drain problem occurred late in the day... where am I going to find a reasonable service that will come out at this time of day. Rocket Rooter! I called the office and the dispatcher had the service technician on top of it within the hour. The service was performed well and the price tag was reasonable.

I called and made an appointment with Roger to locate an existing sewer line in a backyard for remodeling and to give a condition report after rootering our drains. The tech, Pat, showed up and was very thorough cleaning each drain. Shortly after, Roger showed up and located the sewer line. I felt like I was given premium service and got nothing but a good feeling instantly. When I received my condition report it was clear and easy to understand. Oh, and the bill was $350.00. These guys rock... thanks again Roger.
