Needed a few things to be fixed after getting a home inspection for a home that we were selling. Called, guys (Danny and Cisco) arrived at the home in 40 minutes - THE SAME DAY!! Fixed all 3 of the electrical issues with in 40 minutes. AMAZING team, very personable, fast, friendly and professional. Will use them again in our new home for sure!

I was called the next day after buying coupon to set up appointment. Two electricians were on time, which is unbelievable to start with. They found the problem, repaired it and did not charge more than the coupon. Where very courteous . I would definitely use this company again

The doorbell was fine but I should have had someone from an HVAC install the thermostat. They were upfront about the fact this was not something electricians normally do. Finally wiring the outlet was done quickly and well.

it went very well. Larry the owner and Alex as well as Cisco and Danny were very professional knowledgeable and understanding. they took all my fear of working with electrical jobs. I am very happy with what they did and how they did it.i recommend that you call this company before any one else first. you will not need to go anywhere else.they set the standards for excellence.

It went great! They arrived on time, were very pleasant and performed all work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

The technician, Danny, was thorough showing excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of residential electrical systems as he took his time to determine the cause then do the solution. At one point he had 3 boxes opened up and did testing on each of one of those. He also checked the performance of the breakers in the box outside to rule out any problems there. A variety of testing equipment was used to help determine the "zigzag" arrangement of that line coming in from the box then on to locations in the house. I ended up needing to replace one of the GFI receptacles and swap out another GFI receptacle for a non-GFI, duplex receptacle. He also replaced the receptacle in the garage with an updated unit. Problem corrected!! Outstanding performance!!!

Things went very well. I called E&J last week when I saw their truck and looked them up on another service on my phone. My wife and I had been mulling over repair or replacement of a built-in microwave/oven replacement when the microwave part of the combo gave out after 15 years of pretty much daily use. We were put off by the $415 price initially, particularly when the office stated it would be about $300 when we described the problem. Three things were factors though. The replacement microwave I had purchased to tide us over was a countertop that only cost $130. The replacement was cheap so why should we pay a lot? The second point was the repairman's confidence that not only the repair warranty but the equipment itself was a good brand. Why replace when it made sense to repair? A third factor that his labor charge - while it seemed high at 170 - was actually for two trips to our home: once for the diagnosis and the second for the repair itself which needed to wait on a part to be ordered, Bottom line is that we agreed to the repair beforehand and the repair was so satisfactorily accomplished that E&J and our repairmen will get our business in the future

Very knowledgeable, honest and professional in all ways. I now have them listed in my iPhone as Best Electricians so I go right to them next time I need one.

Purchased Angie's List special, $69 for one hour electrical. After several days without hearing from the electrician, I called and set the appointment. Work was done satisfactorily. Paid $45 additional for dimmer switch. Said they would get back to me with an estimate for ceiling light installation. After a few days without hearing I called and left a message. Never received a return call, so I got another electrician to do that project and some other electrical work totaling $1,500. I guess they didn't need the business.

Just fine, showed up on time, completed quickly and to code. Cost of service included the new breaker that was $50

Went excellent. Showed up on-time, professional, and knowledgable. This is my first time using Angies list so I was a bit nervous, but it turned out great! They also assessed the electrical situation in the house and because I don't have crawl space or attic access (town home) if I wanted to install the other two fans in the bedrooms they would have had to punch a bunch of holes in the wall. Anyways, I choose not to go that route because I basically the opposite of a handyman. Would strongly recommend them and use them again.

These guys are great! We needed electrical outlets put in our enclosed garage. These guys showed up and got it done. pro tip: They said, before even getting there, "Can you make us lunch?" We hooked em up with a nice platter of tuna & egg salad sammies, chips and brownies. Three big dudes showed up to do the work. it took longer than they had expected, and so the sammies come into play, not having to break for lunch. They were hungry and wolfed down those sammies. But they were extremely grateful and pleasant. They did the work fast and kept the price fair. (I bet it was those sammies). Highly recommended. remember, when they say "can you make us lunch?" go ahead and make 'em lunch.

He did a great job- he had to work extra hard as the new light fixture had a damaged part that he tried to repair.

Discussion with the office manager on my project went well and his estimate of the cost was within the estimate--at high end. They worked me into their schedule within a few days. I appreciated that. They showed up on time and worked out a "Plan B" to get the project done, as Plan A was not feasible. Electrician and his apprentice were friendly and seemed confident in their work. However, they did not get their drill holes accurate in either bathroom, so I ended up with more holes in the ceiling and walls to patch in BOTH bathrooms. One of the wall plates did not work as planned either, so more patching for me to do there too. I was paying them by the hour, so I did not really appreciate the "small talk" that wasted their time.

Outstanding. Our workman was great, did great work, cleaned up and was professional.

Larry was early for our 7:30 a.m. appointment, and waited patiently at my neighborhood access gate to be allowed in. (I forgot to turn on my phone, so he could not reach me for the code.) After nearly 10 minutes, he was able to gain access by a neighbor. I explained that the lights in my guest bathroom and adjacent balcony were not working, nor were my landscape lights. Larry quickly identified the source of both problems. He was able to repair the bathroom/balcony issue quickly, and plans to return with the appropriate transformer to repair the landscape lights. Larry was polite, friendly, and efficient. I watched him work and observed his competence at quickly making the needed repairs. I will use him again in the future.

I am very pleased with Rio Salado Electric. They were very good to communicate with in terms of cost, appointment, and confirmation of appointment. Both of the guys were running a bit late, but gave me a phone call to let me know they were stuck in traffic, which I appreciated. The work was very well done, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work as well as the price. I will definitely refer and use them again if I need any electrical work done.

It was great considering it was a 5 minute job. Did not even need this service. It was just simply a tripped wire that I overlooked but he explained what to do for next time. Showed me which outlets were controlled by which GCFI. Very nice guy. Will use in the future.

My initial contact with Rio Salado Electric was prompt and personable; no voicemail menu or other forms of customer service torture. I spoke with somebody who had all my contact and address information via Angie's List and was readily able to schedule me within 48 hours. On the day of the appointment as the service time window was about to close, I contacted Rio Salado Electric and the phone was again answered by a real person who told me that the electricians were about to call me next and within three minutes, they did. They arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed an issue with the outlet itself and replaced it forthwith. In light of the recent experiences I've had with HVAC and garage door contractors this month, Rio Salado Electric has been the highlight of great customer service. Their staff on the phone and in person were cordial and professional in all manners of this transaction. They worked expeditiously to fix the power outlet and did not attempt to try to sell me any other services. Thank you Rio Salado Electric!

Larry came out to give a quote to various outlets and wires I needed ran. Larry seemed to be pretty out of it, I'm not sure if he was sick or not but I had to constantly repeat myself. When he left he told me he would give me a quote in a few days but never heard from him since.
