Great job. Had to hang over glass tabletop.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for an hour of service. Two people showed up. They had to go to Home Depot to get parts. They billed me for 2 hours of service for the one guy and 1 hour of service for the second guy(since I had the coupon). I didn't ask for two people. It should have been a one person job - that's all that did it initially a few years ago from a different company and they actually had to run the wire, install the circuit, etc. The box they installed at the spa, is right next to the spa and is hit by the cover everytime we open it. I think it was wrong to send two people and bill for two people so I would not use this company again.

they finished in an hour. two electricians came. They put in a outlet box and a light box. I had all the materials but the light box. They told me what material to get for the next job.

Service was performed and additional outlets were also needed. He was able to handle everything I needed at a very reasonable price. Will definitely hire him again when services are needed.

I was pleasantly surprised. Two men showed up and work done in 10 mins. then asked if there was anything else to be done so they repaired 2 outlets. I was surprised that they asked if I needed anything else to be done. I was very happy with the service and their customer service. Felt I was charged very fairly for a change.

You could not tell that he replaced anything it was a beautiful.

I had read the reviews for Rio Salado Electric and scheduled an appointment for last week Friday. After they didn't show up, I called to see when they were coming and Alex stated that he forgot to put us on the schedule. We rescheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday I received a call stating that 2 techs called in sick and they weren't going to come. They told me Wednesday afternoon they would come. Well, i hadn't heard from anyone in a time and called and was told they were not going to be able to make it! Although, Alex sounds like a nice man, this company is unreliable! Now we will be hosting Thanksgiving without the new electrical renovations we had planned. Very disappointing!!!

They were able to schedule right away, came out & after a few tests easily figured out what the problem was. A quick fix & both gentlemen were super nice, easily broke down the issue to me & super helpful. I would definitely call them again for future issues. UPDATE: We had another electric box continually short out & Rio got guys out right away. Again, the men were very helpful & personable. They diagnosed what needed to be fixed, gave us an estimate & didn't even charge us for the call because they wanted to be sure it wasn't an error from their previous visit (it wasn't). I have been so impressed with Rio's professionalism & customer service! We will definitely be scheduling with them to get our electrical needs fixed up. Thank you for great service!

Good. Arrived on time and completed the job in reasonable time.

Everything was perfect. Could not believe how quickly the can lights got swapped out even with brackets to remove and awkward clips to get just right - they look great. We had Danny and Cisco out this time (second time). They were knowledgeable and went right to work. The cost was reasonable for the work done. We recommend Rio Salado and we'll use them again next time we need more electrical work done.

I haven't had problems so I guess it must be okay. They came out fairly promptly. They were nice. Pricing was fair. They were punctual. Their professionalism was fine.

They were very good. I thought it was difficult diagnosis but they got it right. He nailed it. It was a great job. They are locally owned. I would absolutely use them in the future.

as advertised, would hire the firm again

We paid $69 from the offer in Craigslist and shortly after I contacted Rio Salado to set up a time. We got a courtesy call before arrival. To my surprise, two guys arrived, directly (as I was told) from another job. They came in, and because we had quite a list of minor things, they went right to work, finishing everything except the LEDs, as we had the wrong parts. I was told that going to Queen Creek would be an additional $25 but that was not charged. However, because two electricians came out (no one told me), I was charged an additional $81, making the total $150. The two guys both did a good job and they both worked nearly a full hour, on separate things, so I paid it. That said, to anyone reading this, make sure you ask how many electricians are coming out. If you pay $69 and need only one electrician for one hour, make sure you specify that. If you see two guys walking up and you keep them for the whole hour, be prepared for an additional charge. The two electricians we had were both knowledgeable and friendly, and we're planning to have what we need done finished up when the correct parts arrive (unless I have time to do it myself). However, when I call, I'll specify one person.
