They were on time, were complete and professional, and examined everything well. The cost was the quoted $69 service charge, plus parts.

The two electricians arrived on time, got right to work and managed to fix everything exactly as we wanted it done. Ceiling fan was hung in bedroom, wires were routed to enable my wife to turn on fan or light with different switches. Light switch was fixed and then they placed a new fixture in the closet to fix the shorted light. They did all the work in the time we expected and really we were very happy and would gladly call them again.

Bought the $69 coupon. Showed up when promised. Fixed the two outlets by determining that they were both (one in laundry room, one in second full bathroom) connected to GFI hidden in Garage on the other side of house. Never knew it was there. Did not replace fixtures (that I had purchased @ Costco) because they were not compatible with the cams installed when house was built. Most of their time was spent searching for the GFI then pulling out a couple of cams (we have 14' ceilings) before determining the incompatibility issue and advising that two of the non working units was because of bad bulbs (not burnt out, just bad).

Install went great and I love my new pendants.

Previous electricians thought there was a GFI somewhere in the wiring system that had been overlooked. When one could not be found, you could see their interest level decline. It was not looking like a quick fix. Larry and Alex were a little more 'old school' with their approach. They dug a little further and found a wire that had failed at the outlet. I was truly impresssed.

The power box was coming loose from the wall of my house. It had to be secured. Alex was very patient with all my questions. He looked at the pictures that I sent and he gave me a fair cost estimate for the job. He coordinated working with SRP to have them do temporary power shut down so that they could open the power box and secure the box to the wall with a better screw. Larry came right on time. A very courteous and polite person. I am very impressed with the service I got. Thank you Alex and Larry!!!!!

We called after business hours with an issue that would have rendered us unable to work the following day. I was hoping they might be available early the next day but they were pretty booked up. Without the slightest prompting or begging, they dropped everything and came out that evening after hours. The work was completed perfectly and very quickly. Larry is a super friendly and helpful electrician and made short work of the problem - I'll be recommending Larry and Rio Salado Electric to whoever needs an electrician in the future!

It went great. The guy finished super fast and said that if I thought of anything else I wanted done, I could call him up the next day and he'd come buy so that I could get the full value of the prepaid hour. It's a small thing but I thought it was pretty cool that he was fair like that.

The company responded on the same day. They were contacted in the morning and were at my house by noon. Two technicians arrived and fixed the problem quickly. The circuit breaker charge was only $20. There was a special going on so the visit to my home and labor was only $69 They were friendly and answered all my questions. Will call again next time I need an electrician.

Larry and Alex are very experienced electricians and honest! I appreciated their suggestions and keeping my costs down. I've finally found some great honest electricians that I will used in the future.

I had to have the techs make three appointments. I used multiple coupons. I recommend to Rio Salado for inspections. But I wish they had told me on the first appointment about any issues and extra pay.

The swapping of fans went well with a few glitches that they kept working on until they performed perfect. Unfortunately, the electrician's insisted that they could not punch a passthrough for the outlet without a special tool. It cost me extra to pay for another trip by another electrician to bring the proper tool, which it turns out he didn't need to do the job.

I called Rio Salado to install my new Emerson fan. Alex was very polite and helpful. I changed the appointment date 3 times and he was very patient with me. The workers were on time and also very professional. Very organized and efficient company.

I couldn't even get past the receptionist. She was so rude and put off by having to do her job. I literally was 3 sentences in and after her multiple rude comments I just had to hang up on her. I imagine the electricians do decent work however I won't be giving my money to a company with such a rude front office staff.

It went very well. They sent out a team of two technicians to trace down a problem. The gentlemen who I was with, even went over what was requested, and gave me some information on our fuse-box outside. He checked to make sure everything was okay along with his assistant doing the work that we requested inside of the house.

I called them to replace some ceiling lights in my kitchen. They gave me a quote of $80/hr for 2 men and I scheduled the appt. After they came in and worked for about 90 minutes, I asked them what I was up to because I'm on a fixed income. They said that who I had spoken to had "misquoted" me and that it was not $80/hr it was $150/hr. I immediately told them to stop and they left. I now have only 1 working light and a hole in my ceiling. There's some kind of politics going on in the office, but that should not be my issue. I hired them based on the quote they gave me, so that is what I paid them, but I will not be using them again in the future or recommending them to anyone. I will say that the men who came out were gentlemen and very nice.

Just OK. Although they arrived in a bigger truck, they didn't have the parts needed to do the job. They left to get the parts (and gas for the truck and had an accident). Although they may not have charged me for the time they were away from my home, while they were here they needed to contend with the accident as well as some other personal business. One guy didn't seem to want to do the job while the other accepted my suggestions willingly.

They were prompt, fast, and fairly priced

I purchased the $69.00 one hour service as I thought the job would take about 1 hour. The appointment was set for 7:30 AM, but the electricians didn’t arrive until 8:15. I was on the phone with the company when they finally showed up 45 minutes late. There were 2 electricians (a trainer and newbie) who worked on the BBQ, and it took them 1 full hour. They charged me for 2 man hours and in addition to the $69.00 Angie’s List price, they charged me an additional $80.00 for labor. I printed a 10% discount coupon and didn’t think to ask for this discount (my bad), so this is on me. The job did get done (with the exception of one panel LED light; possibly a faulty switch) as they corrected some faulty wiring by the electricians who installed the BBQ, but I feel I got taken on the labor charge.
