I needed to have a fan drop put in a room where there was no electrical box in the ceiling. Two of their electricians came out and ran wires from an outlet, through the wall and into the ceiling to create a fan drop. I installed the fan myself. They replaced the covers for the wall out lets and cleaned up the drywall dust from the cuts in the wall. After this job I called them again to check on my breaker box and they resolved a bad switch issue with it. I would call them again for any other electrical needs.

The guys arrived in a timely manner, were polite and professional. I was in the process of moving and needed this done pronto. Rio Salado Electric was able to accommodate me right away. I was thrilled.

Purchased the $69 Big Deal for 1 hour of electrical labor. They fixed wiring to a light fixture that wasn't working. A light bulb was unfortunately broken during the process, but I guess the good thing is that it didn't take them long to fix the wiring issue.

2 people arrived on time, and did an quick professional job at installation.

So the deal clearly says during normal business hours which was expected. We did play some phone tag and took a bit to set it up. The deal does say it will be scheduled. They provided a 2 hour time window. They did run late (it is the busy season) but called at the back of the time frame to give me an update on the arrival time. I told them what was wrong and they got right to it. They started and were finished with in about 15 minutes. I felt like a dummy but did a good job. I am glad I used the deal instead of paying full price. I would use them again.

I had their service for an hour, and they came out on time. They weren't professionally presentable. Two guys were there. One guy fixed the light switch, the other did nothing. I had them for a whole hour, so I asked him to check a light bulb, and he ended up breaking the bulb, which I cleaned up. I also had no replacement bulb. I chose this company because their listing on Angie's List states that they work Saturdays and Sundays. After purchasing the deal, they then tell me over the phone that they do not work on Sundays. I tried explaining why this was not good advertising, but they wanted to put the blame on Angie's List as opposed to taking responsibility for the way they are advertised.

Since I had to take off work, I asked to have them an outdoor receptical installed. The materials were $30.00 since is was opposite an existing inner plug. The labor was the same as another coupon of $69.00. Great deal. I got to work after just an hour. I will call them again.

No difficulty scheduling, arrived on time and completed items quickly and efficiently. Would definitely hire again.

I was in town a short time so was grateful that they made an appointment quickly. Everything done as planned. No mess.

I set up an appointment yesterday, however they did not show up. He sent me a text saying that there was a misunderstanding and on the wrong day. I ended up cancelling the deal.

Showed up promptly, completey the work in a professional manner nd charrged a fair price for the work.

They replaced the lights. It only took them 20 minutes.

Larry called me within a day of buying the 1 hour of labor for $69.00 Angie's List special. As per my previous experience, he is upfront and sets expectations on his timing and when he will be able to coordinate a time. We made a tentative scheduled time for Monday. Since I can work from home when needed, this was fine for me. Come Monday, Larry called back advising he wouldnt be able to make it that day but could the next day (Tuesday) at about 10 am. Tuesday, two electricians showed up, one being one of the electricians that had been here about one year ago for a different service call. They arived about 9:45 am, so I was happy about the timing. Their initial diagnostic from what I had told them had occurred, was that the light ficture may be the issue. While they ran through troubleshooting measures, I ran to Lowe's to buy new halogen bulbs. I had also left them with the transformer and other spare parts I had obtained. When I returned from Lowe's they had nearly finished troubleshooting. They tested the bulbs and found only one of 5 was good. They replaced the transformer as well. All lights were back on and working, however they said due to the connection issues the track lighting may have, that the lights would go out. The wire in the ceiling was fine. They also took a look and rewired two 3-way switches that had been incorrectly wired in another room. All was fixed. I am crossing my fingers my new fixture does not cause a problem again, however to avoid spending $1000.00, the kit I bought is more of a budge fixture I had spent $250.00 on. Being this is my second time using Rio Salado Electric, I plan on continue useing their services as I have always been happy and please about their service.

I purchased the deal because it was a good deal. I have not used it yet. The owner has been great thus far, very professional & courteous.

As stated above, all is working now. He made sure my Mom was safe with everything before he left. Very considerate gentleman!

There was some scheduling issues, but the company was very flexible. They came back the next morning at 8 am & were done before 10 am. Everything went well.

Rio Salado Electric was good. It went well. They completed it and it was a reasonable time frame. There weren't any additional charges outside of the scope of work because that's usually the problem, you buy one of these deals and then they come out then all of a sudden there was additional charges that didn't make sense according to what was listed within the deal so with these guys they didn't seem to do that.

The vendor came to my home and gave me an estimate of over $1,100 for the electrical service that I was able to get at $475.

I spoke to Larry and told him I needed some work based on the home inspection report for my new home. I wanted the work done this week before my appliances were delivered. He said he would come by but was on a tight schedule and he would call the next day to tell me when he could come by. He did call several times and said he was having a busy day but he would get over to my house. I was having other work done that day and was at the house all day so I was ok with this. He did come by and was very helpful in explaining what i needed. He did not think I needed everything that was on the inspection report and I agreed with him- so he did save me money. He called later that day and schedule a worker to come out between 10 and 1 the following day. He did come out on time and completed the work order quickly and efficently. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Larry was looking for outdoor outlets to see if they needed covers. I don't have any but it sounds like a good idea. I will call him in the future to see if he can install those for me. He is definately someone i would call again.

Overall we are satisfied with the job done, they were professional and honest.
