I called on a Tuesday and explained the problem w/ person in the office. He was very friendly and asked me all the right question. I gave him my name, address and phone number. He told me that he could have some one come out the next day. I was very happy with that time frame. He explained to me that since I lived outside of his service area he would have to charge me a $25.00 trip fee. I didn't mind paying that b/c I do live in a some what rural area. He told me that the technician would be out the next day between 10-12. When the next day arrived it was 1pm and no technician. I called the office but spoke w/ a different man and told me that he didn't have my phone number so they couldn't call me to let me know they were going to be late. He said he would call me right back. He did. within 5 minutes he called me back and told me that the guys were on their way. The men that arrived at my house were very friendly and very helpful. They found the problem right away and fixed it. They were very knowledgeable on what the problem was and they were very nice in explaining to me what the problem was.

If I could give a AAA rating I would, but Angie only allows one. The same day I bought the deal I was contacted to arrange to do the work requested, they came out this morning and did the work. Everything was completed in less than 24 hours of the transaction on Angie's List. I am very pleased and impressed with their fast response. I highly recommend.

It went very well. There was a problem with the morning appointment which was covered by other staff in the afternoon.

Turned out the fix was simple but not readily obvious. Interior wire nut was loose causing intermittent operation. A learning experience by me but bundled wires at back of receptacle box might not have been an obvious trouble source for most homeowners to find suspect and therefore inspect.

Service provider was on time and coordinated with electric company to turn off power. He gave a simple explanation of the repair and finished the job quickly. EASY and cost was lower the we expected.

They showed up on time with 4 people and decided they needed more people for the job so they called in more. The trencher the initially brought was not quite big enough for the job so they had someone go and get the next size up and that made a big difference in the amount of time it took to dig the trenches. They also had no problems with my 2 dogs (one being a very hyper jack russell mix and the other an akita). They were very clean and professional and always told me upfront what the issues were and what needed to be done. I felt safe and that is a big deal as a single women.

The work was done professionally. There were two men on the idea, one seemed to be an apprentice or assistant but was clearly quite competent. In two areas, they did not clean up the mess they made either by cutting a hole in the ceiling for a new socket or entering the attic crawl space through a hatch. One of the workers was a heavy smoker. Though he never smoked in our home, the smell from his clothing lingered for a few days. All in all, I would recommend the company.

The inspection went well. They were honest and fair. There were two people who showed up and it seemed as tho one directed and one did all the work. There was a little too much story telling of topics that were not related to our house which is why I gave a B for professionalism. I felt like it was their way of spending the "hour" worth of work but ultimately the work only took about 10 minutes. I feel their quote for future work was a little high but if I got another bid and it was the same, I would use Rio Saldado.

While the process was bumpy, I was very happy with the end result. Larry is an honest man and I would be happy to do business with him again.

Howver, the electrician couldn't start the motor because it had to be programed by the pool man. If it's a bad breaker we won't know until after the motor is started. The electrician didn't charge us anything. We would definitely use him again. And we may have to do it the circuit breaker pops again after the motor is started.

On time, cheerful, knowledgeable. When there was a glitch, Larry was quick to do the right thing and remedy the situation. This is a company with integrity, so I'd use them again.

Nice guys. On time. Cheerful, knowledgeable. Ended up tightening a few wires and double-checking GFI outlets. Were prompt and pleasant when they returned later to show me how to get GFI outlet working.

Steve was on time and extremely polite. He was patient will the review of the problem and took time to explain the problem. He was able to restore power to the 'add on' room and replace an old breaker in less than an hour. He also directed us to a coupon on Angie's List. Great service that we plan to use again and refer to others.

Everything went fine. They were late, but they called and told me they were going to be late. They arrived at the rescheduled time.

Though we don't recall the price charged, we do recall that it was reasonable and they did an excellent job. Would recommend this company to anyone .

They were excellent. The electrical problem ended up being a GFI that switched off. They explained everything to me about how the outlets work so next time I can fix it myself. They were very nice. I would highly recommend them.
