They were pretty good. It was a good experience and they were good guys. It was easy to organize the service since I was out state.

Technicians were friendly and personable. They listened to my concerns and were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly.

Ttey did not want to honor their price quote Because they were not prepared to do the work with the proper tools, they had to make a run to a store. Then wanted to charge us an hour or two more time. We had clearly stated how high the ceilings were and they said they would have to bring the tall ladder. They didnt bring it and wanted to charge time for that errand as well. We brought this to the attention of the technician, he called the boss. He had him on speaker phone so we got to hear the derogatory remarks about us the customer. My husband took the phone made him aware they we had heard what he had just said and it was not professional or appreciated. After much discussion the quote was honored. So we will not use them again but the work was done quite well by the technicians

Great. They called when they were on their way. Were very punctual, professional, friendly, and informative. They immediately discovered that the switch wasn't getting power and that it was a three way switch. Turns out a wire was loose on the switch. They quickly fixed it and ensured the light was working properly. I had some other questions that they answered for me. Great service, would definitely use Rio Salado Electric again.

This is the second time that I have used Rio Salado Electric. As always they were personable and professional. It took some sleuthing on their part to determine the cause of the circuit's ongoing malfunction, but they did a great job of resolving the issue. Rio Salado Electric will be my first call the next time I need an electrician.

Took longer than I anticipated. The guys were patient while fishing some wiring in a 1/2 inch wide channel that wound around a lot of furring strips. Not an easy task for sure. Also, they did not come out on the day that was promised. That is my only beef. Other than that they did a good job and I would use them again.

The two electricians (the experienced owner training the other) were both very personable and diagnosed the problem (a bad outlet in another bedroom causing a short to the other outlets) very quickly. They installed a new outlet and finished in less than an hour.

Added a new light fixture in a hallway, operated by the same switch, and just 6 feet vertically above, an existing light fixture that is close to the floor. But after the work was done ( a 30 to 40 minute job), I was incorrectly presented with a bill for $149. Though I tried to explain to the electrician that I had already bought a $69 coupon, which was good for one hour of labor as shown on their site on Angie's List, he went into some explanation that did not make sense to me. So I decided to pay him the extra $80 ($149 less the $69 for which I already had a credit) on my credit card, and to take it up later with Larry, the owner. I was not disappointed when I called and spoke to Larry. He carefully listened to me and agreed with me that I was overcharged, and said he would tear up the credit card slip for the extra $80 that was incorrectly charged. The moral of the story here is that when you enlist the services of a company that has earned an "A" average from a large number of Angie's List customers, and you have not been satisfied for one or more reasons, don't hesitate to contact the owner directly and present your case. I give Rio Salad Electric an "A" rating in every category.

The electrician was very personable, went right to work and completed one of the items on the list. The second item not completed was due to the error of Home Depot and not his fault.

We had had a different contract come to install 3-phase for some equipment we needed to use, and he created more problems than he fixed. We used Angie's list this time and found Rio Salado Electric. They came out on short notice and not only did they job we requested, but they fixed the poor work the previous contractor did. I would recommend Rio Salado to anyone. Great job!

Doing some kitchen lighting and looking for ideas

guys showed right on time. Split duties on the outdoor outlet. probably took all of 40 minutes. Cleaned up both inside and out. Would recommend them and will use them in the future.

Traced the source of a mysterious electrical outage, and fixed the problem. Fast,professional service with no hassle.

Love these guys, Came out with short notice on the same day to fix my water heater that had an electrical short (and apparently a small fire!), in the control box on top. Larry and Reed were very pleasant and knowledgable. Replaced all the wiring going from the wall into to the heater, checked to be sure the heater was working properly and that it was using the correct amperage .Very reasonable pricing, I was expecting much more. Cannot recommend them more highly, Thanks again guys and Merry Christmas.

I called Alex. and set up an appointment. He was able to fit me in on my too-busy schedule, and I got a call from Steve to let me know exactly when they would arrive. Steve, and his assistant, Reid ( spelling?) arrived on time , and were able to solve both my electrical problems in a very short time. These gentle men were so very courteous and friendly, and quite professional in their quick assessment and resolution of the situation. I am so happy to have found such a reliable company on Angie's list; I will most certainly call on them in the future, and I would recommend this company - very highly - to anyone !
