They were very professional and easy going and they got the job done in a timely fashion. I expected the job to cost way more, but it was very inexpensive. I will be going to them again, no doubt. I have worked with them before, once on an emergency basis, and they were prompt and showed up almost 10pm at night to help us. They have been courteous and very very reasonable with their prices. I am very happy with them and they are our "go to" company for any electrical needs.

The two man crew completed all work in a very timely and professionl manner. I was not satisfied with the job clean-up, but this could be because I provided the new items to be installed. Never the less, all packages/boxes and the old lighting materials that were removed, were left in the area where the work was completed. For the money, I felt that the work was GOOD. Would I use the company again, MAYBE ?

We bought a coupon for an hour of work. Dave and Tim showed up on time. There were several outlets not working. After a little poking around, they found a burnt out outlet. The replaced it and everything started working again. They were thorough, professional, and knowledgeable.

The Service Manager and the Owner were prompt on returning my call and giving me a quote. Two electricians arrived on time and did the work satisfactorily. They were conscientious and courteous. Yes, I would use them again.

We had been having problems with this light for a while. Rio Salado came out and finally fixed it. We haven't had a problem since.

One of the workers threw out important warranty information on lights that I had purchased so I had to dig it out of Trash Can. I also found nails and a metal bracket that apparently were dropped during install on the ground which could have killed my Dog if he found them first. Had issues with light not working properly so I called them next day and they came back out was told it just needed to be adjusted which they did. The issue was not resolved so I called them again was told it was probably the light and if I wanted to go buy another one they could come out and install it , but there would probably be another charge involved. Wasn't about to pay even more so the light sensor on the flood light still has issues.

Real happy to finally get my LED overhead laundry light installed. The guys installed it and a few new smoke detectors in record time. I will definitely use them again for future work.

Called up and easily scheduled the appointment. I needed something in the morning. I let them know that I needed to be out by 10am for work, and they were able to easily book me for a 8am appointment. The team arrived on time and immediately went through to diagnose the problem. I forget who the lead person on the team was, but he seemed very knowledgable and knew he could figure out the problem quick. Turns out the circuit that had trip was attached to GFCI outlet in the garage that had tripped. I would have never know since it was buried behind things in the garage. They quickly rerouted the circuit so it was no longer on attached on the GFCI. Very nice and respectful team and the work was done well. Would use this company again.

I purchased a pre-assembled fan designed for quick installation. When the electrician looked at the wiring, he said a ceiling fan box was needed as one had never been installed. Rio's standard price for installing the $8 box was $80, so I paid that in addition to the $69 fee for one hour of service.

Was able to get the visit scheduled very quickly. The technician, Dave, was on time, professional, well-prepared (actually had the tools needed). The problem was quickly found with minimal disruption and fixed. Didn't try to sell me any extra parts or draw out the job. Just found it and fixed it.

I was impressed. Not only did they take care of small problems, but they also trouble shot a ceiling fan that had stopped working. I was ready to replace the fan after others had not been able to locate the problem. But, when I came home, the fan was working perfectly.

Nothing ever goes easy, but they capped the old box location and installed a fan box for the new light fixture. They installed the light, which they say had a damaged socket, so it does not hang as straight as it should, but we were able to get it to balance better after they left.

Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time; great at explaining what was involved and what it would cost. Charges were very reasonable. Very professional, yet friendly in his interactions.

It turned out well and I did not have any big issues. They replaced some LED lights. I was having a problem with the fan and they could not do anything to it. They were courteous and they cleaned up. I had no problems with the service. They did a good job.

"The installation went very well. Electricians were late due to another job they had that afternoon but were very efficient and professional. They even offered to hang the crystals on a five tier fixture. I purchased their services through a "best deal" and had a great deal of trouble retrieving the validation code. I had to call Angies List the next day and they resolved the issue with the company. This is no reflection on the company. I am planning to use them again and would recommend them to anyone. I do think the Angies List website could be more user friendly but that's another issue. Rio Salado Electric rates an A+.

Tim called and advised he was on his way with a time frame. I have an older home and of course the original fan didn't have a fan box. Fortunately, Tim had all the items on his truck. The install went smoothly but did go over an hour because of lack of fan box. I was very pleased with Tim's professionalism. I will definitely call again.

These gentlemen are awesome. They listen to what you need & respond accurately & accordingly. They also give suggestions for anything they see that may create a problem in the future.

Ryan came over and spent time showing me what was wrong and what was ok with my fuse panel. He was patient with my curiosity and questions. He made suggestions and recommendations. Always Prompt and curious. I would recommend him and use his company again.

We were having strange issues. All smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night, & GFI breakers were tripping & making clicking noises on 3 different circuits. They didn't try to troubleshoot to root cause the GFI breaker issue, and replaced 4 GFI breakers from 15 to 20a. Replaced bad breaker in main box for smoke alarms, but alarm issues continued after they left. They did come back & were very helpful in getting the smoke alarms to stop alarming & chirping through trial & error. GFI breaker in garage that they replaced tripped again a couple days later. Not sure, but my son had a bad laptop charger, & no more issues after getting a new one, but that was plugged in on a different circuit. I would prefer to have root cause determined, because now I'm not really sure what was causing the issues. Overall they were nice & punctual.
