Gary was very nice, helpful showed up on time and got work done quickly. Work looks great.

The overall work was great and price was competitive. Gary provided the estimate and was professional. Kevin (Super for the job) was responsive and professional as well. The crew's (that does the work) communication can be improved. The crew was suppose to be onsite on Monday but ended up showing up on Tuesday, a call would have been nice to let us know they couldn't make it. Kevin did make the call later in the evening when it was obvious that the crew wasn't going to be onsite. We would probably use Right Way Roofing again in the future.

Replacing the roof on my house was a big project, which included flat and pitched sections. From estimate to completion, Right Way's staff were pleasant and professional. Their crew was professional, worked hard in punishing heat, and did a great job. The first rain will really tell the tale, but I see nothing about this job to give me doubts about the quality. In the hands of a lesser contractor, this experience could have been very unpleasant. If you need roof work done, give Right Way a shot at it. 12/2014: Just an additional note: my neighborhood received approximately 5 inches of rain in a single night during a monsoon storm this season. I checked the attic and the ceilings of my house, and did not find a single leak.

They were all very polite and on time for all the services. They cleaned up and made sure all the work done was neat and clean and professional. Very much recommend Right Way Roofing.

This company was one of 4 companies from which I received proposals. The price was very competitive, and its estimator, Gary Terberg, was very personable. The long-term warranty they provide was a positive factor as well. They accomodated some special insurance company requests. They handled the necessary change orders very professionally. The folks that did the work seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced and did a nice job of matching seams and doing vents. They did a great job of going around the property afterwards and picking up all trash-- as it was quite windy on a couple of days they were working. All in all-- a very good experience and the roof looks wonderful.

It went very well, There was a problem with fine dust cascading into our Arizona Room but Right Way was quick to offer to pay for the professional cleaning of our Arizona Room, There were no other problems and they were always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and will continue to do so.

Gary Terberg came. Prompt. A business man and roofer. Did a nice presentation, left samples of underlayment. We have a 2700 soft home, single level. They provided referrals, the documentation for their workers comp and copy of their guarantee. This was one of 5 bids we got. There would be no doubt the product used was sterling gold level, but we felt it was a bit overkill after reviewing this in light of 4 other quotes. As a result the price was reflective of the super level underlayment and therefore their bid was about $8000 more than the other bids. One thing that caused us to not select this company was I was laughed at for requesting a lien release upon completion of the job. Gary said this is not needed and he doesn't do this. The lien release protects the customer from being sued by the company's employees or suppliers, after the job is completed, to seek compensation from the customer if they didn't get paid from the roofer, even though the consumer has already paid the roofing company in full. The lien release would state the roofing company is fully responsible for paying his employees and suppliers and has received payment in full from the customer upon completion. I confirmed with AZROC this is customary. We selected another contractor.

Right Way roofing gave me a roof that I think will last forever. It even looks better. They put in only superior materials even if it costs a bit more. I could have gotten a cheaper roof but you get what you pay for sand I got a superior roof. I've never delt with more friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people. They did more than I asked for in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend them to anybody.

Wanted quick turnaround in prep for upcoming home inspection. all other vendors we checked with were over a week out, but Right Way found a way to squeeze us in only three days later -- and get everything I needed done within their minimum service charge of $325 -- which was about $100 cheaper than most companies we checked with. They showed up promptly as scheduled and completed within a half-hour's time. Contract clearly stated the work to be done and was conveniently signed and returned by email via DocuSign. Similarly, they make it easy to pay by electronic bank transfer.

We called to schedule a time for an estimate on a roof repair on July 1 at 2PM. They promptly returned my call and we set an appointment with Gary on July 2nd 11-12AM (next day). Gary showed up on time and was very professional. He gave us a quote for both a large patch and a full replacement. We chose to go with the full replacement after comparing the cost difference between a partial replacement and a full replacement. The price was good and the material we chose came with a great warranty. The guys did a good job with the installation and cleaned up after they finished. I have a pool in the backyard and didn't see any evidence of the work at the bottom. I would recommend them if you need a new roof.

Since I was calling on a holiday weekend, I didn't have have high expectations that the work would be done in a timely fashion, but I was pleasantly surprised! I reached Lori directly and she was very helpful in setting up an appointment for the same day. Vicente called less than 30 minutes later and arrived shortly after. He was extremely courteous and professional, explaining everything he was going to do in advance before starting the work. When he finished the job, he walked through what he had done and when I asked him to do a slight touch up (to color match an area), he was happy to do so. I was very pleased with the work and the speedy turn around, especially on a holiday weekend. Thanks to Lori and Vicente for all of your help!

We had a leak in the back and they actually did half of the roof for our roof line. It was kind of close to monsoon season and they got a crew right out and put a tarp on it so they could get the work done. They were real careful about getting that tarp on and getting it secure.

Services were provided in a professional and punctual manner. Will use this contractor again.

I did a lot of research on roofing and roofing companies before I made a decision. I interviewed and received estimates from five roofing companies. Three were more expensive and one was cheaper than Right Way Roofing. I have no regrets about hiring Right Way. The salesman, Earl, who came to our house to give us an estimate spent two hours looking at our roof, answering my questions, and going over all my options. He was extremely professional. One of the reasons I chose them was because they proposed installing foam roofing over our flat patio roof. After having lots of leaking with our old patio roof, I liked the foam roof. I agreed it was the right solution, and even though it is more expensive, RIght Way was still cheaper than three other companies who suggested using modified torch-down roofing. The other companies told me that foam roofing was overkill and there were would be an additional charge for it. Right Way was very careful when tearing off our old roof. They cleaned up everyday and kept our yard tidy. We also had to have some solar panels removed before they started and Right Way's office took care of coordinating schedules with the solar company. They contacted the solar company for me and I didn't have to do a thing! Every employee I spoke with was always polite and professional. They also took out two turbine vents and installed four dormer vents instead. They are more efficient and they look great. They painted them to match the shingles. We had some rotten plywood and fascia board and they checked with me before replacing anything. The cost sheet for replacement wood was given to me at the time I signed the contract. There were no surprises. The job manager, David, was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions (which were many!). I felt like he approached this job as if he were doing his own roof. He obviously takes pride in his work and wanted to ensure that it looked great and I was happy with it. Our new roof looks beautiful and I have no doubt it's going to last a long time. I would recommend Right Way Roofing without hesitation.

My roof had a leak and they came to fix it. I had a quarter of my roof redone. They do a very good job. They know what they are doing. They are quick and they are very good. The price is fine. They are medium priced.

Everyone I have worked with at this vendor is professional and nice, from April who sets up the appoints to Johnnie the sales guy. He was on time, clean, and professional. I liked that he took the time to tell me about my roof, and the new laws for AZ. He explained how we could do things differently, and then went to the truck and got me the quote. When he presented it there was a folder with information in it about the company, and samples of underlayments. This impressed me as I had no idea what the differences were. My only issue is on follow up. I asked for an updated quote on an area and I needed to call April back to get. I also called because I wanted information about getting the tile and then an entire rood redo price. Do date, I have not received the updated the quote. It is disappointing because I like the company, and luckily I found another company I like just as much, but is also responsive.

Right Way Roofing fixed the leak in my roof quickly and efficiently and with quality materials at a reasonable rate. The work was done in a day involving a quarter of the total roof. Johnnie Clark was polite and cheerful and knew his business. There have been no leaks since.
