The kitchen is amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better end product. The job took a bit longer than we were told; some of it due to unforeseen circumstances, yet some of it due to unclear communications in the timing of the project. Jim and his team are always helpful and cheerful when on the property. They all strive for the same thing: a beautiful end product. Thanks again for job well done!

We are very happy with the team at Regal Bath and Kitchen. Everyone is very professional, punctual, polite, and respectful of our home. The work completed was done well, and if there was any concern the work was redone. They were very patient as we asked many questions and worked out each detail. They informed us of everything throughout the process. We plan on using them again for our master bathroom in the future.

Regal, with Jim, was exceptional. The project started three days early and was completed early. They workers were on time and very professional. Jim was there almost every day, with the exception of his vacation, but his area supervisor was there. The project was completed under budget and had that WOW factor. In addition to the tile and cabinets they also refaced the bathroom cabinets and put in new base boards. We had people stop by to look at the work and ask questions about the team. Jim, the owner, has a great showroom to view projects and assist in putting together your ideas. We HIGHLY recommend Regal, as they use cabinets that are quality and made in America.

Professional work, and quality product.

I'm so very pleased with Regal Bath and Kitchen for the remodeling they performed. I had all cabinets and vanities replaced, tiled the bathroom floors and showers, removed one tub, replaced another, new lights and paint. The end results are stunning! Jim was a dream to work with, not at all pushy, gave recommendations and let me take my time with my selections. I received a start date and everything started and finished right on time! I HIGHLY recommend Regal and definitely would use them again.

Rich did a great job as project manager and Jesus was our contractor. Jesus was professional, on time, and paid attention to detail, I would hire this team again in a second. Thank you for doing such a great job, our new bathroom is wonderful and better than I had imagined. (This job was completed in late 2018). I am now ready to do some work in my other bathroom and I will go to Regal Bath & Kitchens for that too. Thank you so much.

Excellent -- on time, professional, super job

This was a large 7 week project that included new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new vanities and tile floors and the master bath converted from a small shower and soaker tub to a large walk-in shower. From start to finish Regal was fantastic and we’re thrilled with the end result. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional and the quality of their work outstanding. Jim Gildea (our salesman/owner) was particularly great throughout this process. He was very quick to respond to questions we had by phone, text or email. Great company and great people!!

The remodel went great. We love the new bathroom. Regal removed a wall, expanded the shower size, created a show bench and niches with accent file, replaced the cabinets and mirrors, and retiled the floor. All of the workers were friendly and did a good job. I would recommend Regal, and we will use them again.

After a disappointing, high pressure estimate, by a nationwide bath remodel company, we Found regal kitchen and bath. Our initial meeting with Rich was at his private office, where he spent a couple of hours with us, blowing us away with what he could do with our budget. A week or so later, he came to our house, to take measurements and give us an official estimate. He promised us so much more than we ever would have thought possible on our budget, and he gave us the most amazing Master suite! Not just a facelift, but a total transformation. Attention to detail was spot on, and although the scope of the guest bath renovation, and the work done in the kitchen were not as grand, he delivered the same attention to detail. His entire crew was great, and felt totally comfortable with them coming and going from the house, even when we were not there. So grateful we found Regal, and still blown away by how beautiful our house is. Will not hesitate to recommend Regal, and I look forward to having them do further remodeling work.

Jim was excellent to work with. Quality was excellent and anything that was asked to be fixed, he fixed it. His team was very good as well, they work with you on whatever you asked.

I was looking for someone to remodel my guess bath. Regal Bath and Kitchens was recommended to me so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Mr. Rich Allen and we went over what exactly I wanted. He gave some advice for a better look and decided to go with him and his company. I have to say that my guess bath looks amazing. As a matter of fact it looks better than my master bath which was done by a well known company. We decided to take the tiles all the way to the ceiling, then got a deep soaker tub and instead of shower curtains I ordered a clear slap guard glass. What a look! Love it. Eric the tile man was so great to work with. He came up with ideas for corner shelves instead of the niche which everyone has. I would definitely recommend Rich Allen and his company for any bath project anyone may have. Thanks Rich and Eric PS- still thinking about a redo in the master.

We are completely satisfied with the results. The rooms are beautiful. We will have Regal Bath back in our home for future projects.

I am very pleased with my bathroom remodel, My new shower is beautiful! Everyone from Regal was professional and easy to work with. I was listened to and any questions or concerns were handled in a timely manner. I will use Regal to do my kitchen remodel later this year!

Working with Jim and everyone at Regal Bath and Kitchen was a pleasure. He responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, by coming to my home and then meeting me at their showroom to work out specifics. The price was very fair--right in the middle of estimates I had received from a very high-end local firm that was always trying to upsell, and a very low-end "mobile" remodeler. I had quartz countertops, tile backsplash, sinks and faucets, dishwasher and microwave installed, lighting, new shower tub and shower (including knocking out half a wall to create a "pony wall" to let more light into the shower) redone in porcelain tilew with glass doors, remodel of the kitchen ceiling that originally had horrible recessed fluorescent lights and now has a very nice coffered ceiling, installation of lighted ceiling fans, and many other nice details. When we received the tile I'd chosen for the kitchen backsplash I decided it was just the wrong look. They worked with me to select a new tile that very day and then returned the original tile and replaced it with my new choice--the whole thing only slowed things down by one day and I LOVE the new glass tile I chose. I work at home so I literally met every workman and was able to oversee all parts of the job and I was impressed by the care everyone took. They were versatile and capable and spent time answering all my questions. I did not have an urgent deadline for the remodel and was flexible about their timing but Jim kept the work moving along and always kept me informed on what to expect. When needed he accommodated my schedule as well such as moving up the countertop installation, and keeping his crew working elsewhere on days when I had lengthy phone meetings and could not have construction noise. These changes have updated and given a whole new look to my home and I could not be happier with the process and result.

Professionalism was superb and workers arrived on time and work showed their pride and I couldn't be happier with the final results. Jim was super easy to work with and came in on budget.

We are very happy with the final product. A note; I think that when a craftsman starts a project, he should finish it...not divide it between two guys...backsplash, decorative tiles and molding. Great experience! Rich, a representative/owner of the company, stopped by our home to evaluate our existing bathroom. He listened to our ideas and wish list. He offered great suggestions with clear and detailed plans, timetables, and cost estimates. My wife and I visited their showroom, which was awesome! They had many samples of tile, accent pieces, furniture, and fixtures, in every color, texture and style imaginable! Part of the showroom included full-size bathroom mock-ups which was helpful in trying to visualize finished size, surface and color combinations. Rich took his time with us when making our selections, offering professional input and cost/benefit ideas as well. We agreed on start date and time schedule. On the start date, my wife and I met the installation team and they went to work on demolishing the old bathroom. They were courteous and friendly. They took all precautions to protect our home from dust and damage. We felt very comfortable with the team and let them work in our home while we were at work. They finished the job on time. Rich came by for the final inspection. There were only a couple of small issues that needed to be addressed. They were handled quickly to our satisfaction. We love our new bathroom! It's more like a spa than a guest bathroom! We would definitely call Regal Bath & Kitchens for our future projects!!

It is great working with Jim and the Regal team. They are always polite, punctual and a pleasure to work with. His prices are reasonable and they focus on quality work and a good relationship with their clients. Jim is very helpful with selecting products and materials (we custom tiled the shower) and gives you options to ensure the finished product is what you are looking for. We had even make a matching mistake when we selected the sink hardware and Jim caught it and switched out some of the shower materials to make sure everything would match appropriately. I can and currently am hiring Jim and Regal Bath and Kitchens for more work on our home!

From start to finish it was a smooth process. Jim and his crew were friendly, professional and extremely helpful in navigating all the options. Everything was on schedule and turned out beautifully. We had a three phase remodel going and the cabinets were last. They were very understanding and patient as we dealt with timing issues and last minute budget restrictions. Even when our budget changed, Jim worked with us to find something we would love, with the wood we really wanted, but not go over budget. This was huge to us. He understood and took the time to go over options again. Highly recommend Regal Bath and Kitchen!

Great. Contractor (Rich) lived up to all promises and was adaptable to several changes. Eric did excellent tile work and was extremely cordial, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Was very pleased with all aspects. They have great chance to be our kitchen renovation contractor.

This company is extremely reliable and the quote given to you is the price you pay. They do not nickel and dime you with change orders for any small changes you may have. You as the customer are their number one goal from start to finish. They will give you the benefit of their experience every step of the way. It is very refreshing to find an honest to goodness company in this day and age. We will not hesitate in contacting them again for any future needs and would highly recommend them!
