Jim and his team were fantastic and did a wonderful job on our kitchen. They stuck to their estimated timeframe, showed up on time everyday, cleaned up before they left, were easy to get a hold of and a pleasure to work with.

We have lived in our home for more than 30 years, so we have had our fair share of projects and contractors over the years. Unlike past projects though, this year, we turned to Angie's List, where we found -- and after talking with several contractors -- ultimately selected Regal Bath and Kitchens. The very first thing we noticed that was different from any other contractor experience was their GREAT communications. Before project start and during the remodel, we knew exactly what was going on and when. Once the remodel started, work began every day exactly when promised. And everything was done, just when they said it would be done. After we accepted the estimate but before the project started, we ended up changing a little here and there. Feedback was always prompt and positive -- accommodating everything. We bought the faucets ahead of the project and during the remodel it turned out we made a goof (of course) in what we bought. They recommended a solution which involved a little rework -- which they did for us at no extra cost.. The finished product? Just awesome! Like walking into the bathroom in a room at a 5-star resort. We couldn't be happier with the experience of working with Regal Bath and Kitchens or the incredible change they made to our house!

Jim and his team were excellent. Jim had a clear understanding of all the work that needed to be completed and had walked us thru the whole process of selections of style and material. His total cost for the project was very reasonable compared to three other estimates. He was very professional thru out the process and completed the task as promised in due time. What an excellent job he has performed and would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to remodel any project in the house.

Jim is a delight. Very personable and knowledgeable . He answered all our questions and explained clearly what would be done and how long it would take. He helped us pick out the type and color of the wood flooring that would look best in our two rooms and I cant be more pleased with the way it looks. The job was done in a very professional manner. Jim was on time, neat, and the thing I really liked was he made sure he covered and protected other items in the two rooms as he was removing our old tile and carpet. When he left he took all the old tiles and grout plus the old carpet and made sure the area was spotless. The Job was done on time and on budget. I was very satisfied with the work and how it was done.i highly recommend Jim and his company.

Regal were amazing. They did high quality work for a fair price. They showed up on time, every time and worked clean. Every promise was kept, communication was fantastic and they were a pleasure to have in our home. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who is considering a remodel. Jim was very responsive to my request for information and work started 30 days after initial discussions. The work involved in demolition of the shower and bathtub in the master bath and installation of a large shower with level floor entry (no raised threshold). Getting a zero entry shower involved removal of the slab to create the correct slope to the floor to assure water drainage. Granite counter tops, new sinks and faucets as well as additional lighting were installed in both bathrooms. Work was continuous once commenced and the project was completed on time in two and a half weeks. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism, knowledge and commitment evidenced by the Regal employees and subcontractors. I feel I received good value for the cost and would recommend this firm.

When sitting down to write a referral as I'm doing here it's probably going to be about more than just satisfaction in the quality of the work that was done. This response to Regal Bath and Kitchens is about professionalism, responsiveness and sensitivity to customer wants and needs. It was after having an unhappy experience with another vender that I went to Angie's List in search of a company to do countertop-to-cabinet backsplashes in my kitchen, accenting my newly installed granite countertops. Regal Bath and Kitchens already had a good long list of testimonials so I gave them a call. There was no need to leave a message because Jim Gildea answered straight away. He set up an appointment to meet with me the next business day, listened to what I wanted to achieve and sent me a detailed proposal by end of business that day. I was doubly impressed not only with his promptness but also with the quote. I viewed it as more than fair, responded immediately and contracted for the work to be done the following week. While this was transpiring Jim and I had a conversation about a bathroom job he was just completing; an intricate project costing over $30,000 ——— the price he quoted me was $750 with me supplying the tile and trim hardware. Jim seemed to sense that my $750 was every bit as important to me and to him as the other client's $30,000. I picked up on that and thought it worthy of note. Jim with Regal made some repairs to the kitchen island in a rental property that I own. The other cabinet companies recommended replacing the entire kitchen island and Jim found a much less expensive option that stills looks very nice.

It went very well. We're doing several remodel projects around our house currently and very few turn out the way you're told they'll turn out. People are late or don't show up and mess up the situation on a semi-regular basis. NOT so with Regal. From start to finish they did what they said they were going to do and they did it when they said they would do it. Never late always on time. Both Rich and the installer, Jesus, acted extremely profesionally and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or utilizie their services in the future. We're very please with the outcome of this project. Thanks Rich and Jesus.

From the 1st interaction we had with Jim we saw a night and day difference between Regal Bath and Kitchens and the other 5 companies we met with. Jim, who was on time every time, took the time to fully understand what we wanted and how he would be able to satisfy our design and timetable. The lighting, custom built cabinets, tile, gas line instillation all went as well as we could have dreamed. We do not need to redo any bathrooms right now, but when we do we are making only one phone call. I could not have been more impressed at every turn, if you are planning a remodel of your kitchen or bathroom give these guys a call and you will be thrilled with the results! We will (already have) referred Jim and his outstanding team!

What we liked best about the bid, was their willingness to work with us on design, (we made several changes while they prepared the bid, which included several of their suggestions). During the bid process, we felt that Jim and Rich provided us the best options for the cabinets. We did not want cabinetry that was engineered wood, and at the same time did not want an overpriced product. They were able to provide us ShowPlace products and we loved the choices and selections. Jim had previous experience with the product and was able to guide us in making choices. We had a chance to see some of the other projects they were working on or had completed. This was very important for us to make the final decision regarding who to contract with. What clinched the relationship was that the work was to be done by Jim and Rich, and they were not going to subcontract and leave it to the subs (we had remodeled our home in 1995 and we had a terrible experience with the subcontracting of work). They do most of the work, which included plumbing and tiling. They subcontract with a licensed electrical contractor for electrical and with a granite fabricator for the granite and stone work. The remodel job included 2 parts. One was a tile and replacement of the shower and tub fixtures and surround around the bath tub. The second which was major was the remodel of the entire kitchen in our open concept great room. This involved, tearing down walls, reframing, re wring electrical and re plumbing to change location of appliances, painting and repair of ceiling in part of the house and painting walls and ceiling in the rest of the house. We also retiled most of the house, but contracted with Scottsdale Flooring America for the job, as we were more familiar with their work. We are very satisfied with their service, work and the completed project. We liked especially their candid input on our ideas, and in gently guiding us towards better solutions.. Thank you Jim for your constant commitment to making sure the work and cabinetry was just the way we wanted it. The job was completed within 4 weeks. They kept to the schedule and the commitments of what they were going to do. We appreciated their timeliness, keeping us informed all the time, and efforts to clean-up after their day (thanks to Rich Allen who is the king of clean....). We trusted them to keep an eye on the house while they worked and we had to run errands or had other commitments. We lived in the house while the remodel was completed. We highly recommend them,

Jim and Rich are fantastic! Once we met them, we knew they were the team for the job. The whole process was seamless and pleasant. They are masters of their trade and did wonderful work. My husband and I are overly pleased with the outcome and we love our new master bathroom. We have plans to remodel our second bath in the future with Regal. We highly recommend them!

Regal was one of four bids we sought. They were responsive to our ideas and needs, listening rather than being eager to assert their opinions on the remodelling job. The guys were very helpful in planning a new kitchen, selecting special features, cooperating with our scheduling needs and making allowances for work we wanted to do ourselves. Jim provided several iterations of the floorplan initially and adapted on-the-fly when necessary. The simple suggestion to relocate the dishwasher improved workflow considerably and was never mentioned by other contractors. Knowledgeable, efficient and always upbeat, it was a pleasure to do business with Regal and have them in our home. The kitchen is beautiful, certainly the show place in our home for now. We are comparing schedules with Regal for bath remodels and it is only my indecision on coloring holding us up. I know we can count on Rich and Jim to do a great job.
